Seraphim Custom Guitars specializes in hand built acoustic and electric guitars using the finest materials available. We also perform all aspects of fretted instrument repairs, from simple restrings to neck sets, fret replacement and bridge removals. Professionally trained at Bryan Galloup’s School of Lutherie and Vermont Instruments. Rest easy knowing that we are not a retail store that happens to do repairs on the side. History

Established in 2008.

Seraphim Custom Guitars was established in 2008 after studying at Bryan Galloup’s School of Lutherie in Big Rapids, Michigan. There I was trained in all aspects of guitar construction and repair; completing an electric and acoustic under the guidance of Instructor Russel Olmsted. After graduating from Galloup’s I studied with George Morris of Vermont Instruments, there I designed and built a classical guitar. Once home I established Seraphim Custom Guitars in my home town of Alfred, Maine.

I have been playing guitars since the age of 12. When I was 16 I restored my first guitar and have been hooked ever since. I have studied with some of the best guitar makers in the world and take pride in that fact. Because I respect and Honor the lutherie trade you will never hear me refer to myself as a master. Instead know that I am humble guitar maker here to create instruments that help the artist stir the soul.
