Four stars might seem a lot for a DQ. But I add a star when a fast food place has something that sets it apart. This DQ advertises and uses koegel hot dogs. I got a polish sausage here and wished I’d gotten two. It’s a walk up DQ that seems a bit cleaner than others in the area. There is also an eating are with picnic tables and a view of the water. So it would be a great choice on a summers day! If you aren’t choosy and don’t mind a chain ice cream store then this is the place to go in algonac!

Usually when you go to Dairy Queen you can count on certain things, blizzards and footlong hot dogs. well lemme tell ya folks, this was a real let down. the other day I ordered a footlong and was eating it when all of a sudden it was gone without biting half way thru. well everyone this location was pulling a fast one with 2 regular dogs on a footlong bun. do t let em fool ya
