Welcome to Cinnamon’s DanceWorks, a great place for dancers of all levels and ages. From beginning social dancers who are just getting started, to competitive athletes, we can help you achieve your ballroom dancing goals. Our primary focus is to provide you with the ideal learning experience, customized to your learning style and dancing goals. That is why our instructors have put so much thought and training into developing their professional skills as dance instructors. We are dedicated to helping everyone learn how to dance. No contracts, or memberships are required. You have the freedom to mold your dance lessons to fit your style of learning. Our a la carte approach allows each instructor to recommend a combination of private dance lessons, ballroom group classes, and/​or dance parties to fit your schedule and budget. Meet the Business Owner

Business Owner

Cinnamon Trammell: (choreographer, Ballroom, Latin, Club, Country, Hip Hop, Steppin), Cinnamon started his dance career at the age of 5 in Manhattan, New York. With roots beginning in tap and ballet, soon to follow would be hip-​hop and freestyle added to his dance repertoire. In 1991, Cinnamon was introduced to ballroom dancing by a peer involved as a professional competitor. From that day, his love ignited for it, and soon he himself became a professional competitor. Cinnamon has also taught ballroom for a number of franchised schools as well as independently. Cinnamon is also well known in the social community, being that he teaches Salsa, Country and West Coast swing to name a few, at a number of nightclubs in the suburbs and city of Chicago. His experience also includes commercials, trade shows, fashion and a number of rock opera performances. Cinnamon has also choreographed pieces for Illinois Youth Dance Theatre’s production of The Nutcracker. Cinnamon brings a unique, fun and
