Every Time I walked in with my daughter or intent to make an appointment, they always said they’re booked but the place had only one customer and staff was unfriendly.

Terrible experience with ride staff and my sons haircut is horrible! I can’t believe they charged $ 17 for a botched haircut! I’m so pissed off and will never return!

Stay far away from here if customer service is a priority to you! I called to book a party there and was given incorrect info by a staff member, only to find out that the party date I had thought I had held over the phone was never reserved. The 2^nd time I spoke to the manager, and as a manager myself was quite surprised by how unfriendly she seemed. I put down a $ 50 dollar deposit, thinking I could get it back if something came up, since it was my boyfriends daughter. Sure enough, something did and when I called to get my money back and cancel the party, the manager said the $ 50 was not refundable and claimed she had explained to me, which was not the case, or I would have never put the deposit down. I explained the personal circumstances to her as well, regarding when we have his daughter and how things sometimes playout, so I was hesitant to book another date. She could care less and kept explaining it didn’t matter, that was policy, no refunds. I kept insisting that was never said, only to get services and product purchase shoved down my throat. Being a manager myself, I was appalled, knowing that I have helped so many customers when they have needed it. She then promised to have her manager call me, but explained how busy she was and that she would say the same thing. Honestly, just disastrous. I never even had the paety there and now FOR SURE, never will.

I recently went in for a haircut and color for the February Special. Heather did an amazing job. This is a great salon for both kids and adults !

Great place for my 3 year old. He hates haircuts, but this place has a great setup for kids in the back with car chairs and movies that makes it manageable. The people here are all awesome!

Great kids haircut. Stylist worked fast and did a good job. Kids get a balloon after the cut. We will be back!

Save your hard earned money. I brought a group of twelve girls here for a party and was embarrassed by the lack of professionalism. I had won a supposed $ 325.00 party and making arrangements by phone seemed very nice, simple and pleasant. The day we arrived it seemed as though we were a bother and the party we were promised started to be changed drastically. If perhaps what was promised over the phone was not okay, I should have been notified or asked if I wanted to change the theme. We had picked a glow party and included was hair, nails, glow make up, fiber optic hair piece and of course lights out dance party with bubbles at the end. Immediately, the hair pieces were pulled and we were told they were «extra». The make up was a mere heart painted on their cheek. Hair was a few crimps and curls which of course immediately fell out and looked like nothing had been done. The mini manis were cute. Don’t get me wrong the girls working the party were sweet, however more like big sisters as they were very young and not stylists (as one would expect if you were paying $ 325.00) The girls were told to dress up and the glow party NEVER happened. Well, what would have even glowed, really??? Oh, and the girls were so excited as glowing bubbles were promised but NEVER happened, ending in more disappointment. Needless to say, we left early and were all wondering why we drove out for such a disappointment .Had I actually had to pay this $ 325.00 fee, I would have flipped!!! These girls have been to other parties that offered the same/​similar services and those places were soooooo much better and more professional and not at all this expensive. Shame on the owner/​manager (who was very rude and uninterested) for trying to rip off poor customers and not to mention disappointing unsuspecting little girls! Take your business elsewhere and get actual make up, up do’s, and an actual execution of a dance party or «theme» or your choice. There are some really great ones out there and a much better price.

Very cute clean place! Nicer than those chain kids salons. The cars the kids sit in are adorable and not old and ratty like most places. Stylists nice and knowledgeable. My daughter loved her balloon after getting her haircut. Will return for sure.
