The Grove Mart and Car Wash

It seems to wash decent. You get pushed pretty quickly through the thing so it doesn’t get the car really dry. But the most annoying thing is I get there at 7:55, go through the wash, pull by the vacuums and exactly right at 8, out go the lights and off go the vacuums. I didn’t realize there hours as it was my first time there. That’s ridiculous! I’d love for the owner/​manager to be in a restaurant eating and the place closes at 11 and off go the lights. Aww too bad, I guess the wait staff wants to go home.
Please give your customers at least 15 minutes past closing time. Good customer service goes a long way.

Very disappointed in the wash and the employees. Very poor washing the back of a minivan. It was still covered in salt after the wash. I noticed a man in a minivan next to me (in vacuum area) cleaning the back of his car and his towel was black. This is the 3^rd time I’ve gone, thinking it would get better but didn’t. Also I noticed today my license plate was missing. I know this was not their fault. I told the employee and he said he’d get it. 30 min go by, he kept saying «we’re busy» and wouldn’t get it. My husband came to the car wash, said a few words to him and finally he walked down and got it. Really? Never again.

For all of you who may be like me and were wondering what this new car wash is like, here’s the scoop:
Prices for washes are the same as most any car wash. Yes — they have unlimited wash packages which are priced the same as most unlimited wash clubs. The $ 29.99 package is the $ 10 wash. You sign up by going through the wash kiosk and choosing a package. After you go through the wash, step inside the office and they will give you an RFID tag.
The carwash itself is very clean and does a good job. In general, the staff is nice, but it seems family owned and they speak *very* basic English. It’s often extremely difficult to communicate with them. I’m also not entirely sure they know how to use the system yet. My tag hasn’t been working and they haven’t been able to fix it. Every time I visit, they have to let me through manually.

Pretty disapointed. Had high hopes for this carwash. Not even worth $ 1. Rinse is terribly inadequate. Leaves soapy streaks all over your car. Will not use again.
Good if you like pretty colored lights. Bad if you like a clean car.

They just lost my business over $ 6. Fuel pump sells car washes (and there is a big red light up sign screaming car wash now open) so of course I buy one, drove across to the automatic and am told, «oh no, it closed it’s dark out come back after 6am». Seriously?! If I wanted to come back tomorrow I wouldn’t purchased it at 930pm. It’s the small things in life that matter, simple customer service being one. (Perhaps a sign on the pump eh?) Better yet offer a refund after you degrade yourself enough to make eye contact with me. Yes, your message came through loud and clear.

Pretty decent car wash. Dryer could use a little more power. What sets it apart, besides it being the cheapest around. The Pink Floyd in concert mind fuck light show. Smoke a big fatty and head in the for $ 15 Works Wash. You’ll see what I mean. Free vacuums to suck out all those dropped munchies and blunt wrappers.
Be careful pulling out heading eastbound. You’re in soccer mom city. These six figure stay at home, monster SUV driving, former backroom skanks turned baby machines, will not look up from their phones at 70mph… so beware. A light totally needs to be installed for Wentworth and 62.
