Dont！go！ The admin has a very bad attitude, I add their wechat and ask some questions, the admin don’t want to answer my questions, and delete my wechat, cause the one I consulted is cheap, they don’t really care about customer, And then he send me a photo saying they can refuse the service to anyone. Omg, I never meet any doctor treating customer like this shit. And my friend’s experience here is bad too, the nurse is bad at communication, please don’t go! Make customer super unhappy!

It’s my first time here for the laser hair removal, this place is really nice with comfortable environment, also the stuffs here is soo friendly, the consultant is really professional and patient to explain the procedure for me! Highly recommended! Will come back for the second course of treatment!

I like it very much. The cousultants are so nice and professional .I take the kybella injection and it is amazing. My cousultant is josh and he is so so so good. After my treatment ，He instrducts me to do more facial massage and Thanks a lot for his help！

Update: almost two months post — no result what so ever, completely waste of my time and money (a lot money)! Will never go back, nor recommending this to anyone. They hire mainland Chinese staff and pretend to be Taiwanese in a attempt to raise their practice to a different level. Very unprofessional and deceitful. It really doesn’t matter, honesty is always appreciated when comes to this type of business. I was told repeatedly it will take time to see the result, well, two months later, now they are saying I need to repeat the procedures to see real result… I just had enough!
Very nice staff there, for that I would give 5 stars. And they don’t over sell you anything at all. The problem I have is follow up as there have been none. The procedure itself is rather pricey, it is pretty painful as I expected. I did PRP and Derma Shine combined. I’m at nearly two weeks now, I can’t really tell if it works. My close friends said I look about the same. My intention is to change the dull skin and brownish tone I have on my face, and remove some wrinkles on my eyes. So far, they look about the same. My face was full of needle bumps and bruises for a few days, I can’t go out at all. It is pretty horrible. However, they have been clearing out starting around the 7^th day. So if you want to get this procedure done, make sure to take at least 7 days at home to recover as they will stick your face about 30 times with the needle.
I did want to say that I had a very bad pneumonia at the time, I asked if my blood would be healthily enough to use, I was told told it would be fine. And I felt OK afterwards, it’s just painful to look at yourself everyday with all the bruises and bumps. :)
I will update my review in a few weeks if I see improvement. After all, what’s the point to go through this painful and pricey procedure at all if there is no result what so ever?

Don’t waste money on this place again, the doc is not responsible and the service of front desk is unpleasant. I felt so bad when they force me to take a photo before I do my laser treatment.
I told an assistant that I am sorry for I have a fear of facing the camera please donot let me take a photo, I did not take a photo for my previous treatment so I do not want take it this time as well, but they do not care, still want me to take a photo. I begged them do not take a photo for me just do the laser as the usually.
Finally, they took me out of laser room and said they cannot do my treatment today. i was very upset, they treat their customers in this way.

I was a little apprehensive reading the reviews and pulling into the area, however once inside, the office was so cute and homey I instantly felt relaxed! I purchased the Restaylane lift, Perlane and Dysport. The administer I believe his name is Johnny was so professional, knowledgable and took the time to listen to what I wanted. I was more than thrilled with my results and I’ve bn everywhere in Orane County for injectables. I highly recommend this center for the cost and quality and will be returning.

Wow — I finally found a place that is walking distance to my house and I will definitely be coming here from now on.
I don’t understand why people STILL sign up for Unilocal accounts to give one star reviews (with no friends or check-​ins or pictures). The reviews are based on a math algorithm. Five star ratings get hidden too if YOU don’t have what it takes to have your review stick.
FACTS:
I was very impressed with all the awards in the waiting area. There must have been at least 10 «Excellent» Award plagues.
I read the reviews on Unilocal (duh, of course, right?) before deciding to go. In my opinion, how can you give a business a one star review if you didn’t even check in? In the waiting area, there are two notebooks full of extremely positive customer comments, both in English and Chinese. And it’s obviously NOT mandatory to comment, just like I don’t have to write this review. But I feel strongly about businesses being treated fairly.
MY EXPERIENCE:
From making the appointment (with Crystal) to chatting to the staff (about the new Star Wars movie), I had a wonderful experience from start to finish.
I had my consultation done by Nicolas and he was also my injector. Seriously, I didn’t feel a thing when Nicolas did my dysport injections, no numbing cream or anything. Now that is impressive. No need for the ice compresses you receive after injections. No bruising either.
Not only do they fillers and relaxers, but they also do Chinese Holistic Medicine to compliment your treatment. Or if you just want Chinese Holistic Medicine (which has worked for my grandmother, my mom and me), they have it all.
INCLUDING the best Thermage sale I’ve seen. My mom went with me because she was interested, she looks great for her age and wanted to tighten her neck and jowls, but she’s terribly afraid of needles. The office staff is very friendly and the consultation was quick, since I’ve have this done before. But Nicolas was very thorough when we started since it was my first time in the office. He actually asked me what my «goal» was, rather than other consultations where the consultant TELLS you what your «goal» is. I found that respectful and honest.
The area I live in has a large Chinese population, the staff at this office is bilingual (a huge plus for me, since I can speak half Chinese and use the English words if I don’t know them — I’m trying to ramp up on my Chinese language skills — so I get to practice my Chinese too!).
They also have a lot of rooms, it’s not just «Suite 302» — that’s just the reception area with a facial room attached.
We spoke with Alice who explained Thermage to my mom and had literature written in Chinese, so she could understand without my convoluted five year old Chinese speaking skills. Since everyone I interacted with was very honest, Alice noticed my Melasma and asked me if I wanted to know more about treatment. She wasn’t at all pushy, I didn’t feel any «sales» pressure. My mom had noticed that my Melasma had gotten darker too. So having two people saying the same thing, one being a professional — I believe it.
I really can’t say anything negative about this place at all. I had a great conversation with a young man who had skin TO DIE FOR about the new Star Wars coming out. My experience there was outstanding. AND there’s a $ 10 coupon when you check-​in. The multiple rooms were a little confusing, but they have someone take you to your room. So not at all a problem.
I read the «not recommended» reviews on Unilocal (duh, of course!) as well. Trust me when I say you’ll LOL when reading some of the one star reviews.

Obscure little spot but the Dr. was very nice. So were the people there. My first time getting any type of injection so I was nervous. He explained everything and put me to ease.
Bought a groupon 1cc of restylane for my lips and am wanting to go back soon!

i went in last week and was told that i must take a picture before and after for getting dysport or they refuse service! not only is this embarrassing but illegal — most of the asian people i saw and heard dont even speak english
refusing service just because i dont want to take a photograph is ethically wrong and illegal
«we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone» is vague and arbitrary. in california a business can’t just randomly refuse to serve someone.

I was looking for great deal on botox found it and fillers great price on both langue barrier is a problem, but no big deal know my small issue was, I was called by the clinic and offered a fantastic deal two type of fillers for 499.00 I had booked it but when I arrived to there office they did not honor the offer because the lady over the phone neglected to advice me offer was only good for that month, I had booked it 4 days after the month over. they didn’t want to bend on the price. I still paid for only one filler I had drove from Orange county to Alhambra not a short drive.

I bought the groupon for 1cc Restylane but when I came to use it, The RN named Johnnie (I think) suggested Perlane instead. Anyway I end up agreeing to it. So few minutes after the injection I got a black & blue black eyes! He told me it’s normal for older folks! So I told him I had fillers before but it didn’t look like this but he said its Perlane not like my old filler Restylane. So he told me it will disappear by few days. Hah it’s been 4 weeks now & I still have the bruised in my eyes! I don’t know how but he was gentle & I never felt the needle in my face when he was injecting it but I got bruised for almost 1 month!! Never happened to me before! I don’t think I will come back there ever! Like everybody says «you get what you pay for»

Don’t waste your money. I tried to save a buck by buying a groupon. I will never do that again. The doctor wanted to give me perlane instead of restylane under my eyes. good thing I insisted on restylane because the next morning I woke up looking like a chipmunk. I have never experienced them being that swollen, full of puss and bruised.
Today is day five and the bruising is gone along with any sign that I even had a filler under my eye. I have made an appointment with the lovely Dr Solomon where I will stay and always be faithful.

Bad experience… lucky I didn’t put my face on the risk… don’t go if you wish a good service… came here for beauty consultation … seem like the staffs’s skin is worst than me… and their attitude is not friendly… I don’t think they are selling a good service… not recommend at all

I came here recommended by my coworker and friend! So happy to find them, staff is very friendly and professional, fast service, very cozy and clean facilities, and their promotions are super good! Johnny answered patiently all my questions! I had an extra discount 15% the same for referring my friend that came with me and decided also to do the treatment! I had referred my sister and now I have another 15% discount waiting for my next treatment :-)
