Great office really great staff who explains everything I am on workers compensation for a fractured foot everything has gone wrong this was the first pleasant surprise and I still have 11 more visits luck me looking forward to getting stronger and this staff I feel is going to help me

Love this place. Honest, hard working people… and lovely facility. They have helped my back pain a lot. And yes, super clean and sanitary.

I have been coming here for back therapy and it is really great! Jackie is very good and really is trying to help you heal. It has helped my back and hope I can keep coming for as long as I need to. His staff is excellent!

I selected Jackie based on Unilocal reviews and have to say is a very competent physical therapist. His treatment for me was electroshock therapy on my lower back. It left me hurting for a few days but he seemed to think that was the proper treatment. On our second visit I asked him to set the machine lower. I asked about massage therapy and apparently that is inappropriate for my injury. We set the third appointment. Without talking to me he called my referring doctor and ask me to find a different therapist. Jackie is very hands on and helpful to the clients I saw him with. But I only qualified for back electroshock therapy which he never did explain. I think he’s good, and I think he has to like you. You will probably have good luck with Dr. Jackie.

I have been in a workman’s comp case for almost a year and have had to go where assigned.
I am giving this location 5 stars for the following 5 reasons…
1. They R CLEAN!!! Did I mention cleeeeeen OK so they are a Brand new facility but hey in the way of physical therapy clinics in the area, the one that everyone uses is well to be polite… odoriferous.
2. They R Modern… All new machinery spread out and accessible. Jackie uses state of the art tools and measuring devices to determine your needs and issues. the very first person, all my doctors included, who actually did these types of things and tests.
3. They communicate very efficiently… there appointment texting reminder system is greatness, as well as a printed appointment list for your convenience. English is the language of choice. They are very thorough about talking with you about the treatments and the different exercises they wish for you to do and then they do them there with you. a first as well for me in this process.
4. Very easy location to find as the building has a different color than the rest around it and the logo is a unique design. Also very close to 10 freeway at Fremont.
5. Be Prepared. Jackie got skills and will find your muscles and aches and pains and will work them. he is not a massage therapist… no no but a fabulous physical therapist who understands what the muscles do and how to get them to act and react. I am a BIG dude with alot of muscle and body mass… took him a minute or two to find what he was looking for but man o man did he find it… don’t be fooled by other PT locations… Physical therapy hurts if done right but it helps to retrain muscles and tissue to act accordingly. Jackie Lau knows how this works.
I recommend without hesitation BLEU PT and Jackie Lau, DPT!
