I have been here a few times now, and the only time I have been truly satisfied is when the lady with the sleek bob cut my hair. Man, she spent some time on it, and it looked PERFECT. The other lady, about the same age, all the way in the back to the right, she has cut my hair twice and ruined it both times. It looks good while I am there and then I get home and I notice all kinds of lopsidedness. It literally looks worse than before. I would be very, very careful who you use in this salon.

I wanted a long layers haircut and the stylist did an excellent job. she charged me only $ 19 and gave me a free hair wash. the wait is about 20 minutes but it’s worth it. they’re very friendly. I love my hair.

My daughter got her hair cut which she really liked. My normally anti social child was giggling and conversing with the lady the entire time. The thing that bothered me was the fact that she kept stopping during my daughter’s cut to continue styling her previous customer’s hair. So basically she was juggling two customers at a time which made me concerned about the quality of her work, not to mention my time being wasted sitting around.

I am NEVEREVERGOINGBACK! I asked for a trim of 1inch! My hair was at my waist! Now its Just a little below my shoulders! How is that a freakin inch!!! I still paid Them for a crappy job! i even told Her i was trying to let it grow for my wedding! Avoid the older lady in the back corner with shorter coarse hair :(

Worst blow out ever! My experience started with a very quick and shallow shampoo which left my scalp still quite dirty. The stylist then used a blow drier(without a tapered nozzle tip) to dry my hair. Once the round brush straightening began I was sure she was going to fry my hair since she practically placed the blow dryer directly on my hair. She was working at such a frenetic pace, that she was drying large chunks of hair at a time. I ended up with frizzy hair and dirty scalp. It was a complete waste of $ 36(with tip). I didn’t even get one good hair day out of this one.

WOWEE, ok let me start off by saying that I have literally gone to different shops and different barbers for the past 3 years. Every single time I get a nasty looking haircut. Granted I always tell them to cut something that would look good on me with no specific instructions; however, the Teresa barber at this spot is freakin amazing. Finally after many years of searching and crying I have finally found a safe haven for those who own them randomly sprouting and not unidirectional hair follicles.

I have been here twice. I decided to try it again and not remembering why I never return. This time I wanted to go back because my sister-in-law had a coupon for cut and highlight or color. I wanted to get highlight or color. I went in on a weekday and not a lot of customer; perfect. I told the lady I wanted highlight. She then convince me that my current color was off and its best to get color. I said ok. As i was sitting an elderly lady was also getting her hair color. I watched how the two stylist were putting on the coloring product. They both did it the wrong way!!! They did top to bottom!!! I have color my hair many times and read the instructions many times. When do they say top to bottom? The bottom of our hair is the most difficult to get any color showing while the top will show the most. Both stylists did the same thing. They just randomly put the dye into the hair and I felt like I could of done better than these ladies. Plus my stylist was rushing so she was really slapping it on my head. Shampooing and rinsing was painful. Dont know how much scrubbing she did to my head. Then I look at my hair and saw the top had the most color showing! The stylist blow dries one section of my hair and I couldnt see the lower half of my hair color. So I told her blow dry all. I wasnt going to be happy if my color was all on the upper half. It looked ok but the upper half still look likes the color was only on the upper half. I had to wash my hair a few time for the color to fade. Never to return!!! Im going to Supercut. Ive been going to them and will be going there from now on.

I am Asian. Asian heads are unique to say the least = non Asians cut your hair correctly 1 out of 10 times. That is why Asians usually stay with one hair cutter once they find one that knows the intricate details on cutting Asian hair on Asian head. Lin who only works on Monday and Sunday has potential to be such a person. Will find out when I go back again.

It’s too close for me not to try once. It was an okay experience. The ladies were nice, friendly and we had a good conversation. They were very attentive and asked a lot of questions about my requirements. Overall a good experience, but there’s a lot of places about the same distance that charge a lot less and without a line. Parking can be a challenge since they share the same lot as Costco!

Went here once for a quick hair cut. I cant remember the name of the lady that cut my hair but she was really nice and did a great job. If I need another quick hair cut, I will go back!

When I go 5 weeks without a haircut, I’m pretty sure you can turn me upside down as use me as a mop. I traveled for work this week so I was busy, but I made it a point to stop by and get my hair cut this weekend. Linh is my favorite stylist, but she works only 2 days per week. Mei is also very good, too. They seem to do a lot of business, especially for kids. The waiting area has enough magazines to keep you busy(altho iPhone is a way better distraction) and the place is well-lit and clean. This recent haircut, I saw a ton of clippings on the floor(mine) and it felt so much better to have shorter and more manageable hair. Haircuts for men run a reasonable $ 14. Thanks Linh!
