Came by and first off they have a bad selection of e-​juice plus way too overpriced. The guy who helped me was ignoring me while he attended his Asian friends sample juices and he didn’t even offer me any samples… Overall I don’t recommend this spot unless your Asian… shady spot!

Just got back from this spot and i must say its shady aF. The guys tried ripping me off and i still feel they did. Will not be returning here and i advise no one go here

Just left here and remembered why I avoid this place. First of the guy who answered the phone had trouble understanding plastic battery box for carrying spare batterys. Second when I got there they wanted $ 10.00 for 3 when they run about $ 2.00 each. Wow!!!

Would not go here again! they sold my friend a fake Sony VTC 4 for 18 $. I recommend whoever is new to vaping to go to a different store.

First: I own a few box mods including the Seigeli, DNA30, and Itazte, but I’ve been eyeing the IPV3 for a while. I decided to go to Funky Vapor and asked the store clerk for the best box mod, and he automatically directs me to the IPV3, which happens to be the most expensive product they have in the store. I already had my mind set on buying it but I wanted to make sure the guy really believed it was a good product or if he’s just trying to sell me the most expensive item. I threw a few questions at him to see if he knows anything about it. Turns out he doesn’t, he just wanted to sell me the most expensive product he has.
Second: So I bought the IPV3 for $ 149.99 (completely over priced but I didn’t care because I didn’t want to wait on shipping) and two juices it rang up to ~$ 190. I asked the store clerk if the 10% off for Unilocal applies and he said yes. As the Unilocal coupon states «10% off entire purchase». After being rung up, he didn’t apply the 10% off. I came a few days later, that dude wasn’t there. There was a lady, whom was actually nice at first when I came on looking at the product. When I explained my situation telling her that I spent $ 190 and didn’t receive the 10% off so if I can get the reimbursement for negligence from my last transaction… She said that she will give me 10% off juice. She couldn’t understand that 10% off $ 190 is $ 19 and 10% off $ 12 juice is $ 1.20. Anyway, she starts throwing all these random rules she makes up on the spot saying «we don’t issue refunds» and «the 10% off on Unilocal is only for juice». I never asked for a refund, just some sort of credit for the money they never returned from me. To be honest, it’s not about the money, but it’s to see if they care about the customers and clearly, they don’t.
Third: the juice I bought was not sealed. I usually buy unicorn milk at 6mg nic at other stores and their bottles were sealed, so I was I confused why the bottles they sold were not. I also noticed the bottles the sold had much lighter colors to it. So I went to two other stores and and bought the same juice. honestly, I believe Funky Vapors does not sell genuine E-​Juice and they can potentially be clones.
Conclusion: I never write bad reviews unless I truly feel cheated by the store. In this case, I do feel cheated. I understand people have bad days and bad customer service happens, but you can’t bull shit a bull shitter. This is the most unprofessional and uninformed vapor store I’ve encountered.
My suggestion, go to activape, the employees there actually know what they’re talking about and all of their vendor E-​juice is ACTUALLY SEALED.
TL;DR: stay away from this store

Buyer be aware, their sample taste different from the actual product sold to you due to the different level of nicotine. If you got something that smell bad or taste bad, and you are an unhappy customer they will NOT allow exchange nor refund. Do not buy their glass container, I bought two of them and took good care of them but after a short while they break quickly within 2 to 3 weeks.

A little price but they have an overall good selection of the usual stuff. Convenient for liquids, coils, tanks, mod’s ect. If you reside in monterey park its a reliable local vape store.

They have an amazing staff. They provide great customer service and are knowledgeable of any questions you may have. I stopped by the shop before 6:30 pm and apparently it was during happy hour for their juices so that’s a bonus! Be sure to ask for a stamp card. They have a decent amount of selection of flavors so try as many until your heart’s content. :)

Best vapor/​e-​cig shop I have been to.
Came in here to look at some juices, ended up sitting there talking to June and Allan for an hour while they explained the workings of different tanks, wicks, mesh and juices.
They both rebuilt my AGA-​T2 tank with steel cable, mesh and eco-​wool while explaining it all to me! Now my tank wicks like a dripper. Its a game changer!
I ended up buying a bottle of juice from them and they said the rebuild was free of charge.
These guys are very knowledgeable and i’ll definitely be coming back for juice and any questions I have.

I was looking for a specific charger to charge my 18 350 and 18 650 batteries. The charger that I was looking for was an Efest Luc charger. Online was pretty much the only place that sold this charger. I didn’t want to buy this charger online because I couldn’t wait 4 or more days to charge my batteries. Call it impatient or whatever… it is what it is. I went online to get a listing of all the vape shops within the L.A. county and believe it or not, not one store in the L.A. area carried this charger or some didn’t even know what the hell I was talking about. Hollywood, K-​Town, Glendale, Eagle Rock, West L.A., and Puente Hills didn’t have this charger in stock. After calling about 25 shops, I was in the verge of giving up when suddenly I saw the ad for Funky Vapor in Alhambra. I gave them a call and to my surprise they had several in stock. The sales person that answered my call was so generous that he even offered to hold one for me so long that I drop by before closing. I live in the greater L.A. area so driving to Alhambra was just a stones throw away.
The store is located in a shopping center on the corner of Valley and Garfield (accross the street from The Hat Burgers). I went on a Saturday afternoon, so parking was somewhat difficult to find inside the shopping center. However, street parking is available if you’re unable to find parking. The store itself is immaculately clean and modern. Wooden floors, couches near the entrance, glass case displays of vape mods and accessories, a sampling area with a plethora of vape juice, and ample lighting, but not LED bright, is what the store entails when you walk in.
As for customer service, I would give them an easy A+. They were very imformative and willing to answer any questions that you might have regarding this new vaping phenomena. I’m somewhat new to vaping so I had several questions for them. From rebuilding coil clearomizers, stacking batteries, and to the different types of juice available, they were very attentive to my inquiries. Their great customer service was so impressive that I even purchased a 30ml glass bottle ($ 22) of their watermellon juice, which I should say is probably the best tasting juice that I ever purchased. In addition, I also bought one AW IMR18650 battery ($ 15)…oh yeah and also the Efest LUC charger ($ 35). I know I came to this store for the charger alone, but I couldn’t help myself. And NO, they weren’t pushy sales people forcing you to buy their merchandise. It was me who wanted to purchase these additional items. Since I bought these additional items and $ 73 later, they gave me a $ 2 discount if I review them on Unilocal.I know that $ 2 isn’t that much these days, but it’s more of their gesture of giving me a discount was the factor as to why I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a place to purchase their first vape set or any advanced vapers looking for a mod. Their price is fair and pretty much equal to other vape shops in L.A.
One last thing, if you/​re asking as to why I went out of my way in search of this «holy grail Efest charger,» just Google Efest LUC charger and read its features and check out the numeric volt LCD display and you’ll know what I mean. I love this charger and believe it’s probably going to be the best charger for all your mod, vaping batteries. NOT A SALES PITCH BUT MORE OF AN OPINION FOLKS!

Funky Vapor is a decent shop. Friendly customer service and a decent selection on juices (though they’re on the expensive side) and items. I haven’t checked them out since a month ago now but everything in there is a little too basic for me considering I’m into mechanical mods and more higher-​end products. On the other hand, they can be helpful for the people in that area because they do speak Chinese-​mandarin. Once again, this is a good shop for those who are new to vaping. It’s just not really the «go-​to» shop for me personally but hey, don’t fit my needs but maybe yours?

Walked in here with a group of friends with the intention of just looking with them. Since many of my friends have vapes and I don’t I started trying new flavors the staff are very helpful and perky I got to try at least 6 flavors and admire the wonderfully designed vapes even one with Swarovski jewels. I’m a simple girl and since I don’t smoke cigarettes I don’t need a mega pee pee style one with a battery that is like 6 oz, I decided to buy a very pastel pink simple one and a watermelon juice. I was happy with the customer service and also that they answered all there products are made in USA !

Very helpful and friendly staff! Great place for any beginning or advanced vapers. They helped me drilled the air holes on my nimbus and demonstrated how to build a rebuild able dual coil for me. Thanks guys!

Great products and awesome customer service. i got my all toy and juice from here. their price is good compare to other vapor store. new amazing juices for everyone to test out before buying it. anyone wanna switch reg cig to vapor should visit this place asap, looking for the cute girl Micky or cool guy Jess, they always give customer good price.

They are so good! The owner and Michael help me a lot, they are so nice to everyone. New Juices! And helps me setup my new rebuildable atomizer, which is an AGI. Happy vaping !
