I’m sorry I didn’t know about this place earlier considering it’s in my own city. I brought in 9 watches, 8 for battery replacement, one for a band. I can tell you the price was very right! One of my fine watches is an heirloom with a gold case. It was great to see how much David appreciated the piece itself, so I knew he was a pro. I highly recommend!

I came here to replace batteries on two watches and had to adjust a new Citizen watch. It came to $ 20 which was more than reasonable in my opinion. The two guys in there were fairly nice!

Dave is so nice and does a great job. He is very reasonably priced and knowledgable too. He was more than happy to give me some quick diamond recognition tips and how to test for gold. Highly recommended!

Bring my Omega Speedmaster to the shop to repair the steel band. I was accidentally lost a small stud while adjust the band myself. Therefore, the band can’t put back together. I bring it to the shop. Technician confidently tell me it can be fixed in 15 minutes. I was reliefs. Then I asked, how much? They said, $ 12. It is a reasonable cost since it took me more than 3 hours and I couldn’t fix myself. I highly recommend to you if you have watch problems to them.

I’ve been to this location twice. And both times I was serviced by David. I’ve gotta say, I’m beyond impressed.
The first time I had gotten a platinum emerald ring that was too big for my finger, and asked for it to be resized and make adjustments (im easily affected by salt so I swell easily) David was patient, listened to my concerns and my ideas and input his own. And on top of that they charged me HALF of what another jewlery store was quoting me. I was eternally grateful! The ring came out PERFECT! It adjusts to my finger for the times I have food thats too salty, and I’m still able to remove it with no issues. It’s amazing.
The second time I had an emergency with my vintage grad ring. One of the opal stones was extremely loose and started to crack, and David let me know that it was drying and may need to be replaced. David was kind enough to take the ring in, salvage the current stone to stay in one piece, and provided me with a similarly colored opal stone (it was stunning!) And replaced it, in less than 24 hours! You can hardly tell a difference! I felt so naked without this ring and was extremely grateful and impressed David worked so diligently and so quickly to get it back to me. Definitely coming back to pick up some vintage gems they have! Their collection is so lovely to look at. Thank you David, you rock!

Was in the area, called them about a watch battery replacement. Vic, the watch repair specialist, told me it would be from $ 7-​$ 9 depending on my watch type. Ended up being $ 9 since my Nixon watch was the waterproof type. Vic was super quick, maybe five minutes from when I walked in the door, my watch was ready. He also noticed one of the pins holding the strap on was corroded, so he replaced it free of charge. They also have lots of cool vintage watches and jewelry you can check out while waiting (in addition to all their new watches and stuff). Great price, fast and easy, and nice guys working there.

Find this store that really close to my place. Try to adjust my watch and this guy was very nice to me, good customer service and good price too! The best!

Vic changed out my battery on my Tag this afternoon and was extremely friendly and professional… only took him 10 minutes or so… and he even removed my band and cleaned it for me at no charge… The battery change was 18 bucks so I gave him a 20 and I would definitely recommend Vic and this place.
We spoke briefly about Baume, Tag, and Omega watches and he told me that he has decent hook ups on them… I look forward to dropping by again.

These guys are absolutely cool! Professional, do not pester, incredibly friendly, and really help you by taking a look at any issue you may be having. They gave me more help than I expected. I’d feel comfortable with these guys handling my repair needs.

Came by to get a watch battery replacement and a watch band resized. Quick and easy transaction, paid $ 12 for the battery (which was a little expensive) and $ 5 for the sizing.

Great job restringing a pearl necklace and bracelet for me in a rush. Came out exactly as we wanted it and the guys were perfect to work worth. Definitely recommend if you need any jewelry repair or are looking for some older used watches. Nice selection in the store.

I came to Main St. Watches because they were the first result that came up when I searched do «watch repair» and I gotta say, I was not disappointed!
I came in without calling or making an appointment and they still took me in immediately. I had my Hugo Boss watch battery die so I needed a replacement battery for that one. I also had an Embassy expandable watch that didn’t fit my wrist, so I needed about 6 links taken off.
I first came in and talked with Ben who takes care of jewelry and he measured my Embassy watch to make sure it would fit after the 6 links. He was nice and easy to talk to and gave me my receipt to come back the next day when Vic, who does the watches, would be in and quoted me $ 5 each for the watches.
The next day I came in and saw Vic and sure enough, he had them done when he said they would be. Vic was extremely friendly and courteous. He gave me the extra links from my watch in case I wanted to add them back and told me that I’m always welcomed back here whenever.
Overall, I was extremely satisfied with my experience at Main St. Watches. I definitely would recommend people to come here if theg need work done or if they’re shopping for some new watches or jewelry, as they also sell products such as G-​Shocks.
Definitely doing my watch repairs and sorts here from now on.

I might be crazy, but I felt like Vic dropped whatever he was doing just so he could replace my watch battery. So I was the only one in the shop, still seems like a cool guy. I was in and out in less than 10min with some nice chit-​chat in between.

Came here for a battery replacement. It only cost 7 bucks. The service was quick and attentive. Vic replaced my battery but noticed that my watch was still hiccuping. He oiled it up and gave it another once over and now it works perfectly. While waiting I chatted with David, the other watchman there. These guys really know their stuff and plus their super friendly. Thank you, Vic and David!

They were all ready as promised. I took one home after taking a link off and it was still rotating around my wrist (I hate that). I took it back and they hooked me up w/​o an additional charge. Good service.
