My eldest daughter had Dr Lim take care of her braces and the result was just perfect. Now my son is currently under the care of Dr Wong and he is, like my eldest, under very competent hands. The staff are very welcoming and will entertain your calls and questions anytime and emergencies are scheduled at the soonest possible time. I sspecially appreciate all the reminders I get for the appointment. My youngest cant wait to have her brace done here too. Thanks to all the staff!

I am finally writing my review for Dr. Lim. I was his patient for about 2 years while I had my braces and the entire experience was AMAZING.
Dr. Lim is very nice and personable. He is also very knowledgeable. Every time I would see him I never had any doubts that I was getting great treatment.
His staff deserves 10 stars!!! Everyone is absolutely amazing. Maria is always available to answer questions and she was great about verifying benefits for all my visits.
The dental technicians are all really nice and extremely personable. In the 2 years, I only had to come in on an urgent basis once and they scheduled me for the next day, no questions asked.
They have Saturday appointments which was great for me.
I would recommend this practice without hesitation.
Oh and of course, I love my new smile :)

Im happy and relieved that Ortho Arts is able to take me back and help me refine my teeth. Communication is key. If not satisfied, talk to Dr Lim or his staff. They are willing to make sure youre 100% satisfied. Not many places are willing to work things out with their consumers/​patients. Looking forward to getting this corrected.

We had a great experience with Dr. Lim and his office staff. My daughter recently
had her braces removed and her teeth are absolutely beautiful! She had
her first day of school yesterday and told me that her friends kept on telling her how beautiful her teeth are and how pretty she looked. We could not be happier! Everything was easy and seemed really quick and they gave my daughter a lot
of self confidence because again her teeth look amazing.

I was frustrated and annoyed by yet another text message attack reminding me I have an appointment in less than an hour away. I was grabbing my car key leaving the house at 07:25 am Saturday morning for my 8:10 am appointment.
You will feel the same way if you previously already received a total of 3 text messages 2 days ago and 1 day before. «Press ‘Y’ for Yes, ‘C’ for Cancel & ‘D’ for dog-​on annoying.» Still, I replied them all.
Not to mention, I already spoke with the reception desk a few days ago after they left 3 messages on my phone. (Take a hint, may be your new patient works inside a bank vault, planning a heist or nuclear plant that blocks out all phone calls.)
If connecting to your new patient is important, I will suggest to include the address, the real time traffic conditions, the micro weather forecast and the percentage of open spaces for parking rather than just a call back phone number.
All these hassles for nothing, well at least it cost me nothing since they decided it is «my best interest» to seek orthodontic treatments with TMJ issues some place else.
I previously had another consultation with a really well-​round dentist, and learnt of very innovative and readily available treatment options. (Too bad, she is not in my dental plan.)
So glad they were at least honest, and by the time I got home, I still have the whole Saturday for myself doing absolutely nothing but eating chips, picking my nose while blank starring at the TV screen even it was not on. I hate myself for even going in there!

Dr. Lim has a very helpful and friendly staff working in his office. Our boys don’t mind visiting the office for adjustments because the assistants are gentle and friendly. Whenever we have questions, Dr. Lim or his staff members will gladly and promptly address them. They came highly recommended by our dentist and we are glad that we listened. We would definitely recommend them to others.

We can only say the best about Dr. Lim’s office: courteous, professional staff; no wait before appointments; clear communications and instructions; best of all: straight teeth and no bracket marks!

Dr. Lim was great, his staff is nice and moreimprotantly professional and comprehensive in their work. I would recommend Dr. Lim for orthodontic work for anyone, they’ve provided great service and attention, and have been flexible throughout the process (which as a working professional I appreciate).
Lastly, I recommend Dr. Lim and his staff for all Trojan alumni! :)

Great staff! The secretaries are very helpful and the Dr. Lim is a very kind and down to earth person. I had started my braces in Mexico but could no longer go there so I found them on Unilocal and they had great reviews. And yes! They live up to them. Thank you guys for my great smile!!!

Outstanding! Second to none! It’s been two years and the braces are off. I am extremely happy with the result. Dr. Lim and his staff (Thanks, Maria!) are superb. If you or your child needs braces, I’d recommend Orthodontic Arts Center any day of the week.

Went in for a consultation today, it was so easy and stress free. I felt like i’ve been there many times. I found Dr. Lim on Invisalign’s website as Premier Preferred Doctor. Very friendly staff, It was a fun experience, not the scary ones that i’ve feared all of my childhood.

From the very first moment I walked in for the consult, I felt very welcome and relax. The environment and the staff was not what you would expect from a place like this.
During the course of my treatment, I was always treated with great service as well as a personal touch. Dr. Lim and his staff have always been very professional, friendly, and courteous. They send out reminder emails and also a reminder phone call prior to your appointment. You certainly don’t get this kind of service too often.
As an adult getting braces, I thought that my experience would be very unpleasant since I waited so long to finally get my teeth fix. However, the wonderful people here have made having braces as an adult a very enjoyable experience.

My rating is really a 4.5, but it was an informative consultation, so I’ll be nice & give the 5. Minus half a point because i had a lot of question & felt the answers were vague, i wanted more information but felt i had to pull them out of him. Besides that he was an honest doctor, which is rare to find nowadays. Tells the truth, isn’t money hungry like other dentist & doctors I’ve been to. Kind staff, can’t say helpful because I didn’t really communicate with them. But I cannot get over the genuine & helpful words from this doctor. Highly recommended! If only more people were like him it’d be a better world. I did feel like I was rushed out of the office, but I did get the information I wanted & that’s important.

If you go to this place, you must make sure you see Dr. Lim and not anyone else. Dr. Lim is best at making decisions and is generally a lot nicer than anyone else. The receptionist (Susanna) is also very nice and polite.
I was only supposed to have my braces on for 2 years, but because one of the other orthodontists made a bad decision, I am stuck with the mouth full of metal for an extra year, but I don’t mind too much since there’s really nothing I can do, and besides, I think braces are cute. :)
My braces were supposed to cost $ 4,000 but my mother, being as Chinese as she is, asked for a discount and we actually got one, so they cost $ 3,600 and they let us do payments with no interest, $ 800 down. I’ve been late a couple of times with payments and they don’t charge late fees as long as you remember to pay them.
All-​in-​all, this place is very friendly and I think they even have free toys for kids and they have like a PS2 set up in the waiting area, so it’s a fun place. :)
