I bought my Gucci sunglasses from sunglasses hut and the screws on the side of my sunglasses came out! They didn’t have the screws in stock! I called several places and drove around town looking for a place with screws small enough to fit my sunglasses but no one had them EXCEPT this place! They fixed my sunglasses, adjusted them to fit my face, and cleaned it free of charge! Super friendly and great service!

I’ve been to Sunoptics a few times to check out what they have, get new lenses, and also get new glasses. Each time the staff have been very friendly and the service was quick. The selection and prices are also very good.

I have a pair of 9Five sunglasses that I wear everyday. My frames were a bent and I needed them to get refitted. I called and spoke to Richard. He told me to come right on in and he’ll get my sunglasses taken care of. Richard was very friendly and he refitted my sunglasses with ease. Highly recommended!!!

My mom is one of the pickiest lady and she finally found her eyeglasses here after looking at many other shops for months. Keith, the owner is very nice, friendly and sweet. He showed us all types of glasses and my mom found a Bvlgari eyeglasses suitable for her taste. We also got a very good price for the eyeglasses. I don’t think any other shop can beat the price and exceptional customer service here. This is my first time here and would definitely come back.

This place is located on Valley in the plaza with Garden Café and Lollicup. It’s on the 2^nd floor in the corner. The shop itself is not a fancy, well lit glasses store like your typical Lenscrafters. It has an almost antiques/​second hand store feel to it. The entire store is made up of clear glass shelves jam packed with frames from designer brands. What it lacks in visual appeal, it makes up for in personal service, selection, and price.
The store is owned and operated by one person-​Keith. He was personable and helped me find a great pair of glasses. As an Asian person, I hate buying glasses because of my small nose bridge. That basically means I have to try on a pair in person to see if it fits. Keith understood the struggle and pulled out a bunch of glasses that fit my aesthetic description request in *drumroll* Asian fit! Asian fit is a special frame size that some brands make to fit on people with lower or smaller bridges.
The great part of the whole process was that Keith knew when to offer assistance and when to leave you alone. I am extremely picky and take forever making decisions. I spent about 30 – 45 minutes choosing a pair that Keith pulled for me and finally landed on a Burberry Asian fit pair. My optometrist wanted to charge me $ 450 for a pair of Prada frames ONLY-Keith’s price was less than half that WITH lenses included.
In conclusion, come here for your eyeglasses and sunglasses needs. You will not be dissappointed!

Great service and very friendly staff. They have a nice selections of brands and styles at affordable prices. I like how they allow you to try things on your own freely with an open case. Good amount of mirrors in the store to see how they look on you too.

Really friendly staff! Went in to get new lenses and explained I lived pretty far away. They were willing to accommodate me with free shipping of of glasses in 3 days!

SCAM! SCAM! SCAM!!! This company allows you to order online by choosing an item they show to have in stock, charge your credit card, THEN send you an email saying they don’t have the item in stock! They do not return emails, they don’t answer the phone number provided, and I still have not gotten my money back!
TRUST ME! Don’t order from this company! It’s a VERY shady cheap Asian run company… all the good reviews I’ve read seem to be written by their friends, not actual happy customers.

I thought the prices looked good which got my attention… problem is… they keep your money and don’t have the product to send you! Good luck getting in touch with someone too!

Met with Keith, friendly guy, really knowledgable about the measurements and specifications on what kind of glasses would look good on me. I came in looking for a specific model and size (he didn’t carry it) but he went out and made a few more orders with similar styles just so I could choose from a variety when it arrives. Definitely going to get my glasses from him in the future.

I have been looking for decent and different frame for almost a year. Every shop I have been into has been nothing less than cold, distance, snotty and with limited selections. This is not the case at Sun. We went in with little expectations and left knowing that we will be back. The store is simple, no «Tiffany’s» style guard at the door. The folks are beyond helpful, kind and accommodating. The prices for the older models are of fair market value. I wish they had a mailing list or some type of P.R. to let us eye glass geeks know when they find new treasures or valuable vintage findings but that is not a knock only a dream.

This is my second review for this spot. ABSOLUTELY LOVE EVERY EXPERIENCE I HAVE WITH THIS PLACE AND THE OWNER. Absolutely the best prices anywhere. He makes sure that whatever you get fit you perfectly. Extremely friendly and is 100% honest. You leave with a few good laughs and the best pair of shades. I will always bring my business here and recommend this to everyone.

Before I got here, I was thinking about changing a new pair of glasses because nobody seems could fix the broken flame. Big thank to Mr. Keith. Because of the raving reviews on this place and a friend of mine I had to come see if for my own eyes. I had my doubts on such low prices on designer brand but I was wrong.
Location: Second floor, the staircase is closest to the parking structure and easy to see from there.
Right when we walked in we were greeted and asked if we had any questions. I felt like a little kid in a toy store pacing from glass to glass overwhelmed with all the name brand glasses and DISCOUNTS! A majority of their glasses are 50% off and the white colored stickered glasses are 15% off.
Despite my indecisiveness, Bertie (i’ll decide to go with this spelling since another Unilocaler used this!) was super helpful! He did not hiss at me wanting to look at a million different glasses or bugging him to unlock the cases.
This place is super awesome, they carry brands like Coach, Burberry, Prada, Ray Ban, Tom Ford, Gucci, Tory Burch, and many others!
I was told the turn around time for my glasses would be about 3 to 4 business days which is really great! If you are looking for your next pair of reading glasses because you accidentally misplaced them like me then come here and save your self some bucks!

THIS PLACE IS AMAZING!!! I ordered a pair of glasses from here (Von Zipper polarized prescription), and Keith rushed the order for me and everything. Also he was super helpful helping me find a good pair of glasses especially since I’m a guy with a pretty big head LOL definitely recommend this place for any of your optical needs! I’ve been coming to this store for so many years now and the only thing that changed is that they moved upstairs. They used to be located downstairs right next to tasty garden but now it’s upstairs of it.
Since they they still have a great selection of sunglasses to choose from and still the same great discounts. The place is a little messy now but at least the sunglasses are organized. I always put up a good bargain with the owner since I’ve been here for my eyeglasses. They don’t have an optometrist here but he has the machine to cut lens and he always gives me a good deal. I always get my lens here.
The only thing they don’t have here is Chanel and Tiffany brands but he can special order for you.
Other than all the name brands like prada, Gucci, Tom ford, raybans he also has a huge selection of affordable stuff. So if you need some basic sunglasses or eyeglasses you don’t have to baby sit. This is the place.
Theres also a selection of some watches by Nixon, fossil, and some others that I haven’t heard of. Perfect for gifts imo.
Ask for Keith when you come and tell him I sent ya. He’ll give you a better price for suuuure. I always get him to give me at least 30%-40% off whatever I want.
