Got braces with Dr. Hentosz and I highly regret it. Throughout my treatment I never had any real issues with my braces, but Dr Hentosz himself was always pretty rude never explained what he was doing and the few times I did have a question he always had to have one of his assistants answer for him. I wasted 3 years and a whole lot of money at this place and the worse came at the end of my treatment. I ended up with a bad, cheap retainer that did not fit properly causing my teeth to shift. When I voiced my concern about my retainer the doctor got nasty, screamed at me and walked away. Very unprofessional, extremely rude and arogant! I understand everybody’s teeth are different, but retainers are a vital part to keeping your teeth aligned after braces. I feel like it was money and time down the drain to reach the end of my treatment and end up with retainers that did not fit.
Do not waste your time or money at this place yes it is up to date, super clean and everything a dentist office should be aesthetically, but the doctor himself does not care at all about his patients.

Both my daughter & myself have been patients of Dr Hentosz and I can’t begin to say how professional and knowledgeable this office is. Don’t know what the issues are with the negative comments but their hours ARE catered to patients. Some days they are opened super early and some days they stay opened until 7! I’ve never had any issues with the staff or Dr H himself. I’ll never forget how thorough their consultation was years ago when my daughter had her braces. Their fees are reasonable and I paid in installments. I have been back lately to get new retainers made and adjusted and Dr H and his staff have been great as usual! Lorraine, his office manager is one of the most patient person I’ve met, not to mention his assistants who have been there since my 25 year old had her braces. That goes to show you what kind of office this is. I would recommend them without a doubt!!!

I spent three year with the office to work on straightening my teeth and my experience is absolutely IRRITATING AND DISAPPOINTING. I would NEVER recommend you to go there because you are not getting the service you paid for.
First of all, I was supposed to finish my treatment in TWO YEAR NOT THREE. However, due to non-​comproprising attitude and service, it was EXTREMELY DIFFICULT to schedule an appointment with them on top of my personal schedule. They simply expect you to WORK AROUND THEIR schedule, not the other way around.
Second, the front dest staff and the office manager are NOT CUSTOMER-​ORIENTED and full of bureaucracy. When I called to speak with the doctor, they REFUSED to let me speak with him and instead send the office manager to talk to me. When I expressed my needs, they DENIED it and tried to ARGUE with me. They DO NOT treat their younger customers with RESPECT.
Third, Dr. Hentosz himself has HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Like many others who have worked with him, I agree that he DOES NOT explain or answer your questions at all. During consultation, he doesn’t even seem like he cares. For the price you are paying, the services are TERRIBLE.
I wish I went to another orthodontist because I felt like I wasted my $ 7000 NOT including the other «service charges» that they charged AFTERWARDS.
In addition, their operating hours are very INCONVENIENT, especially if you have work or school. Think twice before you choose them, I hope your experience will be better than mine, that is if you want to take that chance.
PS: if you read the bottom 2 other non-​recommending reviews written years ago, you will see that I am not the only one with such experience and none of my claims are overly exaggerated.

Just started a 2 year plan with Dr. Hentosz. His staff is very organized and friendly. He knows whats best for his patient and wont cut corners for his own financial gain. Of all the orthodontists i’ve consulted, he was the only one that said i didn’t have to get teeth removed.
Love his staff. Great people. They even helped me out when i walked in on their lunch break.

Dr. Hentosz worked with me to use invisalign to straighten my teeth when other orthodontists (Dental Plus, Pasadena) said that traditional braces were the only option.
Although it took longer than expected for invisalign to correct my teeth, Dr. Hentosz and his staff helped the process go along smoothly. The beautiful office, scheduling options, website, reminders, and professional staff were all strengths. My only minor drawback with the process was that i occasionally had to point out what i thought were issues that should have been noticed a little bit sooner (invisalign not fitting properly). When i did though, i was re-​assured by Dr. Hentosz that invisalign is still a fairly new process that is being improved on. Also, the fees were set up front, so I was allowed to keep being treated and my invisalign adjusted until i was satisfied with my teeth.
I would definitely recommend Dr. Hentosz’s office and the invisalign process. A little bit pricey and a little bit longer process, but for me well worth not having «braces» or the pain/​awkwardness that comes with them.
