After my neighbor called a few places and they were closed or unavailable. Having a broken washing machine on a Saturday around 11:45am is bad news, lol. I found these guys online and called. I spoke to Tariq over the phone and arranged an appointment time for between 2 and 5pm. He was extremely professional, polite, courteous and extremely pleasant. It was actually very refreshing to speak to someone that had such good phone etiquette, especially these days.
Andre was the technician that arrived to fix my washer (older Kenmore). He was honest, precise and fast! He really knew what he was doing and he was also quite pleasant. It was amazing how quickly he was able to diagnose not only one problem, but two problems with my washer. Thank god he had the parts on hand, and he worked really hard to get the job done right! Andre, thank you so much! I know it’s probably just another job, but you’re a lifesaver! Keep up the awesome work and the awesome attitude! It’s contagious! My neighbor and I enjoyed watching you work… it was actually fascinating to see how the parts were really worn down and how easy you made it look to fix it. :)

Great service. My Thermador ice maker stopped working over the weekend. I have called three different providers but could not get anyone to come and take a look or even return my calls. Eventually I have called High End appliance Repair at 4:30 pm and shortly after 5 pm Alex came by and quickly identified the problem and fixed it. He had the right parts and on top of fixing the issue he has also performed quick fridge maintenance. Highly recommend.

I called High End Appliance services after my refrigerator stopped working and Alex was able to; diagnose, estimate, replace the broken control board. Alex with High End Appliances got my refrigerator back up and chilling again in less than 24 hours of my initial phone call. This is awesome! Alex is very friendly and professional and I would without any hesitation use High End Appliance services for all of my future appliance repairs!

I was pleased with the service Alex provided. He arrived on time and was professional and polite. Our washing machine wasn’t working but he diagnosed the problem and had the part to fix it on the spot. He even checked a problem we were having with our refrigerator (without charging an extra service fee like a lot of other places I called). He very well could have told me I needed the part changed but he made a small tweak and said I could wait on it. I appreciated his honesty and good work.

These guys are fantastic! They’re were on time and did a great job on my refrigerator. Really quick — next day service and only took about 20 minutes to replace my ice machine!

I needed my Thermador ice machine and Kitchenaid oven repaired. They answered their phone and scheduled an appointment same day. Parts needed to be ordered and when they arrived he fixed everything quickly and I am so pleased with everything. I would recommend using them.

Wow! When my microwave stopped working I knew the problem was fixable but finding someone who could do the work, be honest, trustworthy and fair priced was another thing. One guy told me to Alex and High End Appliance Services. He scheduled my appointment as soon as I was available, called when he was on his way, was done in less than an hour and not only fixed the bad switch, he replaced all the switches that could possibly go bad in the future. I showed him a problem with my dishwasher and he will be coming back to fix that. I highly recommend this company for their competency, professionalism, honesty, competitive prices and service.

I would highly recommend Alex. He came in on time and was able to identify was problem right away. He was able to get the replacement part within a day and kept me informed on the status. The prices for the repair was fair and the quality of the work is fantastic.
I am sure he will be my go to guy for any future appliance repairs.

Laguna Hills– With the holidays approaching I really needed my oven to work and was hoping I did not have to purchase a new one. After reading such great reviews, I thought I’d give this one a call. Wow, I am so glad I did. Loved Alex! He was so professional but kind at the same time! Yay! He fixed my oven and dishwasher! I’m so excited! He will be my «go to» appliance guy from now on. After paying TWO different plumbers to fix my dishwasher, Alex correctly identified the problem and fixed it with a service and parts warranty! Fast, friendly, clean and professional.
I ended up using him to fix my Thermador Microwave and my Thermador Ice Maker as well. He gave me good advice as to ensure my appliances didn’t get fried and put them all on individual surge protectors. He also cleaned/​fixed my igniter on my Viking BBQ. Great guy, easy to work with. Fair prices.

I called Alex to address some rattling in my fridge. Not only was he fast and efficient, but he explained the issue and showed me how to better maintain it, and also fixed the door — which i didn’t even call about. Great service would definitely use and recommend them again.

I found High End Appliance on google Maps, and so I decided to give them a try. Upon calling them, I asked a few questions about the problem I was having with my washer. They were more than helpful. From there, I felt comfortable using them for service. I found that Alex, the tech helping us out on our broken washer pump, was extremely straight forward and easy to deal with. I could tell these guys genuinely wanted to help. At the end of it all, I was left rid of problems with my washer, and super happy with the trouble free experience I had. I would use them again.

So pleased with the service Alex provided with high end appliance services. Alex was able to diagnose the problem with our washing machine and fix it for us with no problems! Very affordable and friendly! I definitely recommend :-)

We called High End Appliance a second time. After the great service on our dryer. This time it was for our dish washer. This dish washer was never installed correctly adding issues on the functionality be another company. In return causing it to over heat and know longer stay on to go through a wash cycle. Thanks to HEA they ran tests, ordered parts and we now have a dish washer as good as new. We could of purchased a brand new one but we feel the dish washer will now last a couple more years. Always fare prices and quick turn arounds. We will be using HEA again.

So pleased I found these guys on Unilocal.Technician Alex came to our house after 3 hours, diagnosed our fridge’s problem accurately over the phone, fixed it on the same
hard to find a professional service tech. Thought I might need a new Fridge, but 10 years for a Samsung seems short. Luckily he had the part. Also, ice maker and pretty much never worked and he ran through the possibilities and it was the simplest. Someone had shut off the tiny pipe to the fridge and he helped me find the valve in the basement. He took apart my icemaker and put in a new one and deicided my icemaker was not broken so he reinstalled it… all at no charge. It did not take too long, tech Alex was pleasant, and the phone support was great when I called back with a question. Looking forward to another 10 years (at least) thanks High End Appliance Services. Natalia
