Not The Square:
I had a bad experience with the Square processing services where they held one of my transactions for 30 days solid. It appears that in the fine print, if you go over $ 2000.00 in manual transactions, then they will hold any money above that for a solid 30 days. This was a terrible inconvenience… not to mention their high percentage fee.
Not B of A Merchant Services:
I then switched to Bank of America CC processing. They told me that since I had an account with them, I would have next day funding… NOT! I was with them for one year, and I had to wait from 4 days to one week to get my money. BUT-​they took out their transaction fee and percentage immediately… and they had a high percentage.
YES to Total-​Apps!
Linda, who is the owner, met with me on a 1−2−1 basis to go over every one of my needs as a business owner. She wanted to see how their services could help fulfill any needs I may have, with regards to receiving monies from my clients. She then suggested a few options, set me up with my personal rep, (Rebekah Sidner, who is awesome), gave me an amazingly low rate, and I now have next day funding… for real.
Total Apps is the real deal and I highly recommend them.
