As Stanford University graduates with professional experience in marketing (Veronica) and law (Rosario), we bring unique and invaluable skills and experience to our Orange County residential real estate team. We have lived and worked in the area since 2000 and have helped clients buy and sell homes from one-​bedroom condominiums to multi million-​dollar ocean front estates.

Veronica and Rosario are the perfect team for the Aliso Viejo market. Veronica helped us get our house listed and staged for a quick sale. We received an offer coming out of the open house! Rosario then guided us through the closing process and the entire sale completed within our short time frame. They are both wonderful people and terrific agents. We are so glad we chose to go with them.

Veronica and her husband Rosario have been with me since the beginning. When I was in need to purchase a condo in Aliso Viejo, they were a godsend as they were a tag team of Realtors that were able to do the research and find me the perfect condo. I even had the specifics that I wanted something in a three mile radius from a park that exercise in. They never wasted my time me any thing that was not exactly what I was looking for. I finally found a wonderful condo in Aliso Viejo and lived there for 3 years. It has gone up significantly in value. I recently got married and contacted Veronica again to help me find the perfect Tenant for my beloved condo. Once again, this dynamic duo husband and wife team got together and screened and showed my condo to many people. I had a great pool of potential tenants to choose from. I ended up with a family who loves my condo as much as I do. They are a family who will no doubt, take care of it as if it were their own. I would recommend these Realtors to anyone in the Orange County area. They are lovely people to work with and really know their stuff. They are the true subject matter experts of buying and selling and renting homes in Orange County.

Woohoo! As good as it gets! This is a perfect tagline to describe Veronica and Rosario. My husband and I bought our Aliso Viejo house from them seven years ago at the height of the market. Over the last several years, Veronica has been very helpful with information on the market and comps for our two refinances. She is very knowledgeable, comes prepared with information and guidance, and is always quick to answer questions.
We will be taking some time away from California and needed to rent our place so, of course, we called Veronica. She made the entire process so easy. We were skeptical about being able to rent the house quickly because it has a unique floor plan but Veronica knew what she was talking about. We had multiple applications the first weekend it was listed and ended up renting to a great tenant for over asking due to multiple offers. Plus she handled everything while we were on vacation in Greece. You can’t ask for more than that!
Honestly, we cannot say enough good things about this team. If you are interested in buying or renting in Aliso Viejo, you need to call this team. They are the best.

Veronica and Rosario are excellent realtors and I recommend them enthusiastically without hesitation. They sold our home for $ 10k over list price after negotiating multiple offers within a week of listing it on the MLS. Can’t beat that!
They sold a home on our street the prior month for a record breaking price so they were at the top of mind when we decided to list our home. We interviewed 3 realtors referred to us by local Aliso Viejo residents. Veronica was professional, polished, and completely prepared for our initial meeting. She provided a very thorough market analysis, comps from our immediate neighborhood and a comprehensive marketing plan (staging service, website, professional photography, etc.). She suggested the highest list price of the 3 realtors we interviewed with a confident, logical market basis. Her knowledge of our area and confidence about the current market conditions gave us a complete sense of security to trust her professional guidance. Once we were under contract, Rosario took the lead with the transactional matters. Rosario was prompt and thorough with ongoing communication during the contract period all the way through closing. His legal expertise provided an elevated level of guidance throughout the process. Both of them (and their assistant and their recommended title company) were exceptionally responsive and accommodating during our very stressful lives (2 small children and traveling during the sales process). Veronica Encinas and Rosario Rodriguez listed our neighbor’s home months before and it sold very quickly. I knew I had to meet this real estate team. Veronica and Rosario both made us feel very comfortable from our first meeting. Veronica was completed prepared; she shared comps and other data regarding the current real estate market conditions and explained everything in great detail. She was kind, extremely knowledgeable and did not pressure us at all.
Our first step was to find new home, Rosario led us on this journey for almost two years, showing us many homes until we found the perfect one. Rosario was so patient and proactive. He anticipated our needs and would contact us when a home came on the market that fit our criteria. He was so helpful throughout the entire purchase process.
Because Veronica understands the Aliso Viejo marketing so well, she priced our home just right. Only days on the market we received several offers. Veronica carefully reviewed all the offers and presented recommendations. The house sold in just days after listing slightly higher than the original asking price and closed in less than 45 days.
