Worst worst dental experience ever, they are scams, bunch of robbers who wants to steal money away from you. I would never write reviews but this time I cant hold it in anymore. I had cigna dental insurance which covered all dental expenses, they told me I would only pay 300 for bridge, then it went up to 1000. I paid 1000 upfront now they sent 849 dollar to collection without even sending me a bill of 849 dollars first. When you contact them they tell you they will look in to it and call you back but never do so. And suddenly they send you to collection? They are very irresponsible, this is the first and last time I will deal with bunch of irresponsible people. Do no go here, you will be paying extra for no reason. The bridge they did on me wasn’t even nice or comfy. I regret so much going here.

I have worked in sales for almost 5 years, and this dentist is all about sales pitches. They put money far ahead of patients wants and needs. I have had the same excellent dental insurance for years, and have never paid a penny out of pocket for anything, including cavities and wisdom teeth removal. They acted as if my insurance was disgraceful and that the limits were too low to cover their superior services. They stated that the charge to get a cavity filed is twice as high as my insurance will allow, so I have to pay hundreds out of pocket. I told them to call me back if they can or cannot do it for the amount my will insurance will cover, they never called me back. They told me 5 times to leave reviews online about how I felt about them, so here it is. They insisted that I get xrays, despite the fact that I got them 6 month earlier at a dentist down the street, and had that dentist email the xrays to them 3 weeks prior. Also, the receptionist was misleading by stating «Its december, you’re insurance benefits will be forfeited for the year if you fail to use them… is that something you are ok with doing?» Insurance benefits that are unused expire at the end of the year and are renewed at the beginning of the year!

They never responded to my calls, and when they do, they said they will get back with me and that it will takes some time because other clients been having the same issue but never called back. So I’m guessing they screw up more than one person. On top of that, they screw up on my retainer multiple times, they charge my insurance company to get money off the visit I had to come in because THEY SCREWED UP!!! what is covered and what isn’t, and I had to pay out of pocket of $ 300 something, which I agreed to, now they’re billing me an extra $ 960. My 9 yr old son and I had our first visits with this dentist last week. It went great, even my son didn’t mind going. Everyone was friendly and helpful there. They did a great job!

Very friendly and pleasant staff. State of the art equipment and a fantastic Doctor.
My wife and I found this place as it was very close to our house and we couldn’t be happier. Fast teeth cleaning and Sportscenter on the tv while getting work done.
I highly suggest giving Dr. Pham a shot at being your family dentist!
