Banana Republic Factory

I echo most everyone’s sentiment about this place. There was this pudgy male manager on the floor who I had asked some questions on the type of pants you would wear with a jacket I saw there and the guy looked like I was interrupting him. He kept moving from one side of the store to the other while he’s talking, not looking at me when when I was talking to him. Finally, I said, «hey… are you talking to me?» Someone buy this guy a shirt that fits. I could see his heart beat lol

I’m writing this review as I’m waiting in line. Iv been waiting in line to check out for 30+ minutes (so far). There is only one cashier and the store is very messy. I love the banana republic products but, I don’t think I will be coming back here again. Don’t waste your time, go shop at polo a few doors down, they have plenty of cashiers any time of the day.

Rude service!
My husband and I spent the Labor Day weekend shopping at the Allen Outlets for the first time. The line was ridiculously long so it took about 10 – 15 minutes to check out. When we had just checked out, we noticed there was a $ 25 coupon being passed out at time of checkout. I asked a manager when we walked out if that was still going on because we didn’t receive any type of coupon at the point of our sale. She asked how much we spent and I said $ 98.50. She contemplated and then gave us one coupon. I asked so I would have spent a couple of bucks I would’ve gotten another and she said yes. I told her that was unfortunate that our cashier didn’t say anything at the point of our sale because I would’ve stopped and got something else. She said I could return all my items and make another pucker chase, and I asked if I would have to wait in line again, and SHE LAUGHED AND AND SAID YES. I felt like she was so rude and was not looking out for the customer at all. She was so rude and it makes me never want to shop there again.

Retail (female) mgrs here are annoying, fake, unhelpful. Store Energy is constricting! Sales people ask to help too much… but ask them something-​they DONT know or get annoyed at customer! BR needs better mngrs! Place gets messy. 2 stars for some good sales.

This is my favorite outlet store to shop at. Always clean and well organized. I am able to find things quickly and check out quickly. This store has the best customer service I have experienced in a long time. I am always greeted upon entering and asked if I need help. If your looking for great customer service this is the place to go.
