This place is the best. Recommended by a friend in my neighborhood after explaining the nightmare that Firestone on McDermott created one time. I was greeted right away when I walked in and the waiting area is clean, cool and comfortable. I was just here to have my mother in laws tires rotated and checked. After a very brief wait the gentleman showed and spoke with me about the front tire being questionable and worn. After looking at it he priced out a new tire and threw in the rotation for free. They also changed the brake light that I hadn’t noticed was bad for free. Attention to detail, honesty, clean and nobody is pushing you to buy anything. Honesty! They just won a customer for life with this treatment. My buddy feels the same way and his been bringing his vehicles here for any maintenance or tires the last two years. They also stand behind their products.
Did I mention they gave me the Wheel Balance Auto Lifetime w/​Repair?! A new tire, rotation, tire pressure monitor kit, TPMS sensor service kit and twilight replacement for a grand total of $ 106.43. You cannot beat that.

These guys are the best, they never make me feel like I’m getting screwed over, offer lots of options for repair and maintenance. Plus their customer service rep Ken always remembers me and my cars and have never forgotten to replace a cap or valve. There was one time I needed a new battery and they forgot to tell me, but they made up for it by giving me a nice discount on a new one. Check out the website for coupons.

I’m going to start with the bad —
dropped my car off to have the oil changed, it was a weekend day, so i wasn’t expecting speedy service. I was told an hour — so, I came back in a hour. My car wasn’t done, it was expected to be another hour.
MIX UP IN PAPERWORK — we shared our thoughts and frustration and left to run more errands.
Upon returning, I pulled my wallet out and was PROMPTLY told that my payment wasn’t necessary as it was their mistake in paperwork. I don’t like hand-​outs and didn’t want to be «that» problem customer, so I insisted on paying. My payment was refused as the ticket had already been closed out. :)
I needed new tires — so I called and talked to the gentleman who just worked with me. He took my information and e-​mailed me a quote. Not only did he adjust the quote by comparing prices with other tire companies, when I took my car back he had it in and out in less than an hour. Saved money and left a second time as a very happy customer.
I’ll be returning — great customer service. Good business is ran on great customer service.

These guys are beyond a doubt some of the most professional and customer savvy mechanics I have ever met. I went in to get a new set of four tires, first time I’ve ever had to buy tires myself. They made the process so easy. Unfortunately due to the ice this year I spun into a curb which damaged one of my wheels making it impossible to put a new tire on it. The staff worked with me to check junkyards, ebay, pretty much any way you can get a wheel for cheap.
I have never had someone work so hard to help me. If you want to be treated like you’re the most important person that has ever walked through their door, go to Goodyear on McDermott!

After 2 hours I looked up to see my car still on the rack. Apparently they broke one of the studs on the wheel broke and they didn’t have the replacement part.
Of course I didn’t find this out until I went up to inquire as to what the hold up was. «I’ve been meaning to talk to you for 20 minutes» I was told.
The upside is they are the cost of the broken wheel stud. The downside, we waited 2 ½ hours.

These gentlemen are the best! Today, I was having a minor problem with my wheel well liner and they fixed it right away and even changed a bulb I didn’t know was out. They are fast, nice and very reasonably priced. Highly recommend!
