Matt Wills – State Farm Insurance Agent

We recently moved from Michigan to Allen. We already had State Farm and liked our agent in Michigan so we decided to transfer to an agent in Allen. We noticed this office on Unilocal and decided to give them a try. Heather helped us transfer our policy and she was SO helpful! I would highly recommended Heather for anyone relocating to the area. Who knew working with an insurance company could be such delight!

WOW, I mean really, wow.
Not often does an insurance company give me a positive experience, let alone a positive experience that was great enough to write a Unilocal review.
This officewas super helpful when I moved to Dallas from Illinois. I was a little annoyed that I had to switch my policy with the other company to Texas, so I shopped around. While I was shopping places, no one made me feel as comfortable as this office. They made switching so easy! They even texted me all the details which was a selling point for me to work with them. I’m super busy, and work a lot so any professional that can text me is a winner! I handled ALL my business with the office via text, which made it easier to handle my insurance!
I love their office, and will continue to be a loyal customer! I highly recommend their office!
