I just love this place. Super nice guy working here and notary services too! He let my little boy build and leave his Lego bat cave (built w their Legos) for all to admire. Some places are very neutral and others are lousy with regard to the customer experience. I am pleased to say that at Mr. Parcel the customer experience is wonderful and it’s a refreshing departure from the norm. They also have packing supplies, a copy machine, mail boxes, and really cute greeting cards available!

The worst service ever, I gave the man there to ship my doc to IRS and he made a wrong address and now I’m chasing after my doc, if you want to loose you personal belongings and documents just go to this place. Very wrong !!!

Last week, my husband and I arrived 1 minute before Mr. Parcel, Allen was supposed to close. The Owner himself helped us prepare our package and the staff stayed to be sure our package was processed that day. We really appreciated the exceptional customer service.

I have a mailbox at this Mr. Parcel location because my mail delivery person refuses to deliver mail regularly. [I live on a cul-​de-​sac and if anyone parks there I a note saying my mailbox wasn’t accessible because there needs to be 1,000,000 feet of clearance on either side, blah blah blah.] It kills me because I’ll get the note in the mailbox but not the mail. But anyways, enough back story.
So yes, I have a box there and I go every few days to check it. The mailboxes have 24⁄7 secured access and the staff has been very friendly on the occasions I see them.
They have a variety of other service too (printing, postage, notary, etc) which I’m sure I will use if needed.
