Unfriendly facilities and awful services. I have an appointment for follow up, they called me last minute saying that the nurse practitioner wasn’t there that day because blah… blah.blah. So, I asked them can others MD seen me? The answer was no, and once again because of blah.blah.blah. After that, they rescheduled for me another week. They’ve tried to killing me with this stupid nurse don’t know what she’s doing. For the blood test, she’s tried 1 time didn’t get the vein. Call another stupid nurse for help, didn’t workout. Call another stupid nurse again for help… And now I ended up with a huge bruise on both of my arms, but still can’t get my blood tested done. Please!!! I donated my blood every year, and I did many blood test. NEVER have this problem, because I have a huge vein ok. Whoever wants to go here, please be careful. Don’t let them fool you with a nice building in a nice area, because you don’t want that. You’re PAYING, not for FREE. So, you don’t deserve an unprofessional services. I think they should change their clinic to Rainy not Raintree, or Badly Clinic.

My son is 4 months old and we have been coming here ever since he has been born. I am a first time mom, so of course I have a lot of questions and concerns. Each time I took my son here, I got the impression that my questions and my son were not important. I have tried to give this office a chance, because the location was convenient for my husband and I, but these past few weeks have been the last straw. I tried calling for 3 days in a row to get my sons prescription refill. No answer. Finally on the 4^th day I managed to get ahold of the nurse and she did call the prescription in, but miserably FAILED to answer any of my questions! Then proceeded to tell me that Dr. Cook gets «backed up at times». So, what your telling me is, that his patients are not a priority? The entire nurse and front desk staff is unknowledgeable and rude. I am taking my son elsewhere and never coming back.

We have been going to Raintree Healthcare for over 6 years since our first born, of course because of Dr. Cook. the staff has been increasingly unprofessional and careless. We still went, till they finally drew the lkast straw. I nade an appointment for a sick child. my appointmnent was at 4 PM. at 4:45 I asked where is my appointment and answer was rude and unprofessional… We are over booked for Holiday (do people get sick more on holiday) no apology nothing and advised me to reschedule. my answer was do you want me to rescheule a sick child? again very unprofessional and careless person said it is my choice. I asked to talk to office manager who could not say a word. so I said, I am taking my business some where else. I am done. ETIRE FRON DESK STAFF is rude and unprofessional. I had other well visits scheduled for my 3 kids which i cancelled and i would find a different Doctor.

So far we have had a great experience with RainTree Pediatrics. We’ve been able to get in for sick appointments and they really seem to care. Every nurse we’ve come across has been awesome. They really know how to handle children, especially a shy one like mine.

Dr. Cook is amazing! He is the Pediatrician you want for your child because he is so thorough. I love that he takes the time with my children to get to what is the problem and asks lots of questions to make sure he didn’t miss anything. I have been seeing Dr. Cook and his staff for 11 years and would only trust my kids with Raintree Pediatric’s caring hands.

Once you get in they are pretty good but they consistently book appointments WAY too close together and of course as a result the wait is horrendous. It’s not uncommon to finally see a doctor an hour after your appointment time. The place feels almost like an acute care center the wait is so bad.
The only problem is that if we switch, we’ll most likely find the same issue elsewhere.
But to be totally fair, once we get in, they are pretty nice and have done a good job for our kids.

I second Katie M’s review and am so glad we found RainTree. We heard about RainTree from one of the doctors in my OB/GYN’s office. He uses RainTree for his baby too and this spoke volumes to us. We went to interview another Pediatrician a neighbor recommended and then went to RainTree’s «open house.» Within 10 minutes, we were certain they would be our Pediatricians.
We regularly see Michelle and love her! Dr Cook and Dr Chad are also wonderful! They are all very warm, knowledgeable and we are never rushed. It can be tough to get an appointment with the two doctors and sometimes there are long waits but for my little one it is well worth it.

I met Dr. Cook when I had my baby in the hospital and knew I wanted him to be my infant care provider. Once meeting his staff I knew I made the right decision. I never feel rushed, or made to feel stupid because I think something is going on and I just want to get my Austin checked out to ease my own head. Michelle takes the time to love my baby and I really feels she is getting to know him… I can always get appointments, place is spotless and I am glad I found this pediatrician!
