called for a replacement hood for mitsubishi lancer; called back and was told it was «clean;» after payment, went to another location, 13 miles away, and the hood had rust spots from rock or pebble hits. Don’t believe their representations.
Kept it because of a deer hit which crumpled the hood of my old lancer, and it was going to be cheaper than a body shop repair or dealer replacement.
still, be warned, they are not a reliable business; go elsewhere if you can.

Worst customer service I had ever found in US!
Never believe on what they say you, always ask in written, not reliable for business. The person sitting at front desk is very stupid and has no sense to talk with customers. Very soon I ordered an old Golden passenger side mirror for my car, first of all it took almost 2 weeks and finally instead of getting a Golden they handled me a silver mirror. When I asked them to cancel my order and requested my money back because of dis-​satisfaction, they simply refused to return. I am completely unhappy from their way of doing the business.
Be aware before giving them your precious time and money, they are cheaters!

Called all around the Tri-​State area to find parts for my Nissan Maxima, and found this place. What a joke as far as customer service. I sat on hold for over 15 minutes and every time the woman picked up she had no idea who I was. They claimed to have my part, however they could not specify if it was the right color. Also, I got the classic line «Come down and make a deposit.» Do these people think I am stupid.
Anyway, Buyer Beware!!!
