I scheduled a moving estimate with three local companies. Two showed up. Keller called for the first scheduled appointment, saying the estimator was sick so rescheduled for three days later. The second appointment never happened. When I called I was put on hold for five minutes before someone came back and said the estimator was «called home» and I should have been notified. They couldn’t reschedule for another week. I said no thanks. If they cannot even get an estimator out when they say imagine what my move would have been like!

We moved with Keller some years back and they were very good– quick, careful, polite. The movers were pleasant, smooth and actually fun to deal with. We could not have been more pleased.
Because of that, we moved with them again in 2013, and could not have been more disappointed. Slow as molasses and with a charge by the hour, that’s not good. It took them more than 1 and ½ times longer than the exact same move had a few years ago. Aggressive moving boss who got loud just when you asked questions, and who argued about everything else, and threatened to stop in the middle of the move. Dings on antiques, scrapes on walls and floors, and one very definitely stolen item. When the slowness moved what should have been a fairly quick move into nighttime, the office demanded payment before the move was even done. NEVER again.
And just so you know? Keller and Jensen are the same company now.
