OMNI Health Services Inc., founded in 2007 by Michael Thevar, is a private, for profit behavioral healthcare corporation., He began his career as a drug and alcohol counselor, and went on to become Director of Admissions at Pennsylvania Hospital. In 2000, he started Temp Solutions, Inc., a successful healthcare staffing agency in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
