Bill’s CPA certification was earned while working at the Lehigh Valley office of a national CPA firm in 1983. Professional background includes working as a Controller and business advisor to business owners in retail, distribution, and manufacturing sectors. Bill has extensive experience in the areas of accounting systems development and implementation, cost containment, internal controls, financial reporting, and tax planning. He started his tax practice while working these full-​time positions. In 2008 Bill opened this practice to work with clients on a full-​time basis.

William Koscinski moved to the Lehigh Valley from his home town of Wilkes-​Barre, PA after graduating from Wilkes University with a BS degree, majoring in Accounting. Bill likes to spend time with his family. He likes to freshwater fish and listen to the rock group KISS. He thanks GOD everyday for giving him the strength and wisdom to serve his clients.
