We have been to Pucchi’s a few times and enjoyed our experience every time. Service is wonderful! We love the stuffed mushroom appetizer! The bread is great, I love the dipping oil, so are the salads. My husband loves the Fettuccini Alfredo. I find the pasta a little overcooked, as I usually expect ‘AL dente’ noodles at an Italian place.(Not inedible, just more done than I like) The only thing I wouldn’t recommend is the red sauce, it’s bland and tastes like it’s from a jar.

Service was excellent. Food was great. Nice pace of serving drinks, appetizers, salad and entrees. Nicest none chain restaurant in town.

Just tried Pucci’s for the first time. The server was pleasant. The menu offers a variety of dining options that were reasonably priced. It also puts the diners on notice of a $ 4.00 charge for sharing entrees. We waited over an hour for our food after placing our order. When it finally arrived, the portions were large but the food left a lot to be desired. My pasta had clumps of pasta stuck together. The lasangne was not much better. The meatballs were tasty but that was the highlight of the meal.

Ordered take out for a special occasion. To no fault of the restaurant it wasn’t very warm when I got home, but still delicious! We are in the resultant once and weren’t super impressed but the take out was really good! Calamari, zucchini planks, surf & turf and chicken parmesan! My husband LOVED the homemade blue cheese dressing. The marinara sauce I found to be a bit bland but nothing some red pepper flakes didn’t fix. This restaurant is now located on union in alliance btw. I have more faith in this place now. Really good!

Waited 2 hours for our food. It was over an hour for salads alone. We had a large party which we made a reservation for. They couldn’t accommodate high chairs because they were for a party that had reservations a half hour after us. Our waitress was great and brought saltines for the kids. The smaller tables around us were getting meals, dessert, etc and leaving. We came for a birthday but was very disappointed. We will go to panchos next time.

Too bad I have to give them even one star. We had been here twice before and everything was great, so last Saturday, January 30, 2016 we came here again and brought other people. There were 10 of us. We got there at 6:30 pm. Three people came to get our drink order at three different times and it took them forever to get the drinks to us. One ordered a cherry coke and got a glass of cherry syrup so then had to order a coke. He told her it was all syrup and she just laughed. We finally ordered and got our appetizer and salads. This was after about ½ hour of waiting. They never came back to the table again to refill drinks or say anything to us. At 8:10 we finally got up and left — without dinner! People at the tables around us had also been waiting forever for their food. Before we left, we told one of the waitresses that we had been there for 1−½ hours and still didn’t have our dinners. We are willing to pay for our drinks but we weren’t waiting any longer for food. She apologized and said they were short staffed(which someone should have explained to us) but that was ok we didn’t have to pay for our drinks. There were three cars in our group and as the last car was leaving, a manager or owner came out and took down the license plate of the vehicle. They noticed this and went inside to see why and he told them that the person that told us we could leave without paying for our drinks didn’t have the authority to do so and if he didn’t pay then he was calling the police. Of course he paid, but the nerve!!! He not only charged for the drinks he made him pay for whoever got a salad(charged as side salads) that should have come with the meal if we would have ever gotten the meal. WOW after we all met up at Jalisco’s Mexican Restaurant and he told us what happened, we just couldn’t believe it. We will never be back there and we will tell everyone about this experience. Don’t look for them to be in business very long if this is how they treat all their customers. And… we had our meals with 15 minutes of being at Jalisco’s! Just sayin’

I had the chicken fajitas for lunch which was very good except that the tortilla shell was very soggy. The bread and fries were excellent and definitely worth the price. Lunch menu seemed to be lacking but seeing as they’ve been open for lunch for only a few days it is forgivable. I will definitely return one day for dinner and I expect high quality.
