Don’t do it!!! We’ve been steady customers over the past couple years and the service has been pretty good. We’ve recommended them to friends and relatives, but never again. This was the second time we’ve taken our van in to get new tires and both times they failed to tighten the lug nuts. After this second time, we thought they couldn’t have done it again and took it back. They told us we needed new tie rods. When we took the van in for the third time, they couldn’t get into it. We left it unlocked and somehow Uptown got it locked. We ended up having to call AAA to get into the vehicle. Uptown called back while the tow truck driver was enroute to tell us they had the wrong van and would begin working on OUR van shortly. I had to call AAA back to turn the driver around… it will cost against our yearly quota. Uptown called back and said we didn’t need new tie rods and that whomever worked on it last failed to tighten the lugs on the front tires. I informed them that they were the last ones who worked on it and my husband has been driving to work (hours away) all week on loose lugs.
