I don’t think I really have secrets to being successful. What really works for me is coming into work with a great attitude and high, high energy. People feed off the energy you bring in the morning. I was always taught business and training systems that were very successful and worked. I just followed them and was able to pass that knowledge on to other people. Some people over-​complicate the business and can’t follow through on goals. I always say that the business is not complicated. People are complicated. I focus on surrounding myself with the right people, since they determine the type of business I run. I put a lot of effort, hanging out with my guys outside of work and just being available for them. I also learned in the business to be very aggressive. I am very aggressive with results and take a sense of urgency to have my business growing at all times, regardless of any situation.
