Terrible place they were supposed to fix my screen instead they changed the color of my iPhone 6. Then insisted that that’s how the phone was give to them. On top of that the new screen wasn’t even straight it was crooked. A couple of my apps were deleted and they were messing with my privacy settings. Never going back and I suggest you do the same!

Let me know that a game was slightly damaged. Even gave me the option to take it now and return it if it didn’t work. Super nice. Great staff.
Also they have such an amazing selection. Obviously you can’t always know what they will have, but their new and vintage selection is phenomenal.
I wish I lived closer so I could go more often.

There are many reasons why replay’d is my favorite game store of all time.
*Good prices. Not too expensive.
*Good customer service.
*Easy to find.
*Fair trade-​In values (considering that they are a business that needs to resell games)
But the biggest reason?
When I went in today, they had mega man 1,4,5,6 (the rarest ones), earthbound, cib pokemon games, and all of the rare stuff. I bought mega man 4 from them for a good price, and now my collection of 1 – 6 is complete.
I’m not going to lie to you, I live 1 hour and 30 minutes away. But it’s worth going here if you are in the area. Their selection is amazing; I have never left empty handed.

I’m an avid gamer who, from time to time, enjoys playing ancient games.
I’ve tried Replay’d couple of times for purchasing retro games (NES, Genesis, Atari2600). They have a good selection and staff are informed about old schools games and consoles. I’ve compared their prices with ebay and Replay’d beats almost all listings for the games I was looking for.
If I ever feel blue, if the sky is dark and nothing goes right, I take a walk to Replay’d and emerge myself into the sea of games, pic something like Truxton for genesis and go home. And you know that Truxton dominates. There is no problem that Truxton can’t fix.
Anyway, If you like games and you don’t like big chains who rub you blind and leave you high and dry (like gamestop, run from it, as fast as you can) this is the place to go. Gaming industry is undergoing big changes, and gaming as we know it might not live long. Soon the new-​gen consoles will be streaming boxes delivering game to you. No physical game with a tangible value. Just a digital code to redeem the game. And when those servers go down, that will eventually go (take a look at PS1 PS2 servers for example) you won’t be able to play your games anymore. Running a game store is not easy these days.
Support your local game store wherever you are, and enjoy your shopping. Don’t forget to bring your inner child.

Rude customer service. And in professional 100%. I wouldn’t suggest anyone coming here to fix or sell anything. The sales associates are not friendly what so ever.

I know there’s a lot of haters on the reviews, who complain because something went wrong blah blah.
Don’t pay attention to them. These people are the real deal. Came in with an Iphone 6 Plus and my screen was SHATTERED. I mean when I took pics with my cracked camera I look like Edward Cullen when he stepped in the sun. It was horrible.
They said come back in a hour. When I came back, the screen was fixed and it look new it was amazing.
A few days later, my speaker stopped working, they fixed it in 10 mins.

Employee during trade-​in was rude. I came very close to walking out. I’ve been there a few times before and the customer service was ok but nothing noteworthy.

The owner is the worst…
I should’ve read the reviews before coming to this place. The owner (chubby guy with beard and backwards hat) is extremely rude, argumentative, and unhelpful. I have never experienced such bad customer service in all my life.
The space and selection is decent, expect to pay a 25% to 30% premium on every item comparatively to what you pay online. You are better off shopping on eBay or elsewhere for your vintage gaming needs. Especially given the fact you won’t have to deal with the owner.
In conclusion I have never left a Unilocal review in my life, but the customer service was so bad I am leaving this review out of necessity.
If you know what you want, can avoid staff, and have the extra cash to spend on there expensive prices they are worth considering. Otherwise I cannot recommend them.
Unless you want to amuse yourself and experience the absurdity of the owners immature behavior and constant power tripping.

Took my phone to have the screen replaced, very friendly folks, had to order the parts (for my google nexus 5), quick turn-​around and good communication — and best price in town!
Also picked up a couple 3ds games for my son, big used selection and good prices.

Found this place on Unilocal and decided to stop in with my shattered 5c. It cost much less than expected and the screen was masterfully replaced in less than 30 minutes. Excellent customer service, friendly and informative staff. Overall a wonderful experience. I’m glad I listened to the positive reviews. 5 stars truly deserved!

These guys were quick to fix my IPhone 5s. They did a good job with it cos it doesn’t look like It was broken ever. Let’s see if it durable or not!!!

These guys are serious pros. they are the biggest ballers on the planet. They can fix any phone and not only that they have a sick selection of video games.

Let me explain something to you people. This is a small business and I support them 100%.
All I’ve gotten is sick customer service and the nicest people I’ve ever encountered. Look at your options when they fix your phone. Their is a grilled cheese place across the street which has a secret burger menu, a taco bar and a Gastro pub and a habanero.
Also, I may add some of the best street food in the city in this neighborhood. Support these homies!

Awesome group of people with massive selection of games. Cover just about every system or game to come out over the past 30 years with the best prices in Boston.
Went in to trade an Xbox one for the ps4 and they gave an excellent value for the trade and a great deal for new games as well.
Just walking through the door you’re hit with a wave of nostalgia.
Would absolutely work with again and should be a first stop for all trade-​ins, repairs and purchases.

Phone repaired faster than promised, but they get a mixed review. :-(
First of all, if I could give them 3.5 stars and not 3, I would. Despite coming in w/​the least expensive estimate for repair & fixing my problem faster than promised I have to give them a less than glowing review — and I’m bummed about that. And it all comes down to customer service during the pick up and some janky power cables in the store.
My old & somewhat out of date Galaxy S2 screen got cracked. I contacted several stores in the area and Replay’d came in with the cheapest estimate: $ 65 which beat the next lowest — $ 120 — handily. The guy I talked to on the phone was excellent. He made it clear they would replace the digitizer and the the glass, but they would have to order the part. When I went into the store a few hours later he remembered me. The repair time estimate was 3 – 5 business days. The store itself is neat & tidy. I had a very positive impression and was happy to leave my phone there.
I was even happier when I got a call over the weekend that the phone was ready.
When I went to pick up the phone I tried to turn it on to verify it worked. The battery was dead. IMO, this is like getting your car back from the shop w/​flat tires. They should have charged the phone, but whatever. I asked the young lady helping me to connect the phone to a microUSB cable so I could power it on. She did, but it didn’t pick up any charge. Weird. She tried another: no joy. I started getting worried. When I dropped off the phone it did charge — the red charging LED would come on when it was plugged in, even if the screen didn’t work at all.
At this point the woman helping me took the phone to the back of the store without explaining what was going on and then started helping a nice elderly couple next to me pick out a game for their grandchild. This didn’t give me the warm fuzzies. I motioned to another person behind the counter & asked what was up w/​my phone and he went to the back of the store. I felt abandoned by the woman who just went off to help other customers in the middle of what was becoming a problematic interaction.
At this point the tech who apparently had done the actual work came out from the back of the store with my phone. He said that the power slot on my phone was broken. When I said it was working when I brought it in, he said there was no way I could have known this and said it probably broke when the screen did. From the get go, he was fairly combative and took absolutely no ownership of the problem. He suggested perhaps the phone only worked with the particular cable I use at home. And then he said it would require a replacement of the phone’s board to fix the problem.
I was not ready to start throwing more money at the problem, so I left the store with my phone (yes, after paying).
I got to my car, plugged in my phone to the cable and … it picked up a charge just fine. I tried it with three different chargers at home. Worked fine on each of them. Tried it with a USB battery charger — worked just fine. Both the chargers in my office? No problem. The phone has been working just fine and I ought to be happy.
Which leads me to the question: are all the microUSB power cables in Replay’d really that janky?
So, that’s how a store that delivers on the lowest quote in a faster than promised time gets a less than glowing review. With very iffy customer service on the back end. If everything goes smoothly, they’re fine. If something doesn’t? They didn’t show any ownership of the issue or even any sympathy. :-/

Very rude and unhelpful. I took my phone to get the screen changed. They didn’t even try to put a new screen after they knew the phone was water damaged.
They sent me a person that had noooo idea what she was talking about.
Take your device elsewhere, you will get better service.

They will mess up Touch ID on your iPhone to do not go there. After that they will tell you that need a new home button because your screen was broken all the way down to the home button.

I am a college student short on cash and I needed a place that could fix my phone for cheap, but do a good job. Replay’d did not disappoint.
My phone was fixed in the amount of time it took me to go across the street, grab some ice cream and come back.
I was extremely satisfied with the service, and to boot, the employees are really friendly. I would definitely recommend this place to anybody with a cracked screen. Thanks guys!

After getting my phone repaired at Replayd (charger port), it didn’t charge at all. I was worried because I’d signed a form releasing Replayd from all damage responsibility. When I brought it back in and talked to the owner and the man that fixed my phone, the conversation led me to believe that he was not going to cover the cost of fixing the phone. I was surprised to learn that he’d cover the cost of a new battery and another charger port if necessary (90 day warrenty) In the end, the problem was easy to fix with a little googling, and Replayd got my phone working well again. I feel their policies are reasonable, but I’d have begun the conversation with «Don’t worry, we’ll take care of the damages because it’s under warranty», instead of «You have to see where I’m coming from, I replaced the part you asked for and the damages aren’t my fault.»

The sales associate is absolutely terrible and not helpful at all. I called in trying to see what items (games, consoles, etc.) they accept and a ball-​park range for pricing. He wouldn’t answer the question at all, and kept just saying «I don’t know they are all different.» Even when I would give him specifics, his only response was, «I don’t know.» Further, I asked him what the lowest price for the worst game they could think of would be and asked if it would be ten cents… and once again, he said «I don’t know.» It’s a pretty fair question to see if they would decline games or if they would offer buying games for as low as a dime, but he had absolutely no interest in giving me any type of helpful information.
This place has definitely lost any interest I had in doing business with them. Absolutely awful — this is the exact reason businesses don’t do well… unwilling and unfriendly employees.
