I was referred to these people by a friend. The first time I called to get a quote, I got that annoying fax beep (argh). Thought I’d dialed the wrong number, so I had to looked it up. I had the correct number, so I called again. It sounded like I’d woken the lady up who answered the phone. After the puzzled look wore off my face, I verified that I’d reached C K Tree & Lawn. She cleared her throat, and said yes, then asked me to call back in 15 minutes. Bah! So unprofessional! Suffice to say, I did not call again.
