Frozenweb was established in 2005 by a Seattle born designer by the name of Kyle A. Passé. Despite the name, Kyle exudes a modern, fresh and innovative view on design and web presence. While actively working on other roles within the technical industry, Kyle built Frozenweb on the side lines with a vision in mind for the future. His design philosophy is deeply rooted in simplicity, with a focus on functionality, symmetry and an impeccable attention to detail.

Kyle says, «I’ve developed secure college applications for ivy league universities, helped an e-​commerce start-up…start up, provided technical support for an internet giant that rhymes with „Wahoo“, and I’ve created a top-​shelf presence for countless small businesses. I could not be more proud of my experience and it shows in the knowledge brought to the table for my clients».
