History

Established in 1967.

The company was founded in 1967 by Joseph V. McVicker and was originally owned and operated by Mr. McVicker as an Allstate Insurance salesperson operating out of the local Sears Company Store here in Atlanta. Mr. McVicker moved out of the Sears location and expanded to a local neighbohood office in Alpharetta. He continued his relationship with Allstate through June of 2010 when his business interest was purchased by Jade F. Pethel. McVicker & Associates continues to operate in metro Atlanta and the surrounding communities providing the local families and businesses superior customer service and professional advice.
