Dr. Stephen Parente and Dr. Justin Parente are specialists in saving teeth. By choosing endodontic treatment –also known as root canal treatment-​you are choosing to save your natural teeth as a healthy foundation for chewing and biting for years to come. Endodontists are dentists with specialty training in diagnosis and treatment. To become a specialist, dentists must complete dental school and an additional two years of advanced training in endodontics.

Stephen A. Parente, D.D.S. received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Buffalo earning highest honors. He then attended dental school at Columbia University and once again received highest honors and acceptance into OKU (Dental Honor Society). He practiced general dentistry for 14 years in New York. Dr. Parente then completed a residency in Endodontics at the Medical College of Georgia in 1997. He has been practicing in Alpharetta for 12 years. He is committed to providing the highest quality of microscopic endodontic care based on excellence in technical skills in a caring and gentle environment.
