I contacted Atlantic Management concerning a house rental. Allison returned my call and was very pleasant. She is the Assistant Property Manager. I was very satisfied with her timely response to calls and emails. She processed the application, spoke to my realtor, and communicated effectively concerning the process. She informed me when I was approved. I was very satisfied with her attitude, demeanor, and professionalism. I am particular about professionalism. Allison answered all my questions concerning the house. I look forward to a great business relationship.

I wanted to provide some feedback on a recent renewal we went through with Atlantic. We previously had some issues with communication and figuring out who to go for what, but Stephanie really stepped up and helped us figure out who handles what issue. She also did a wonderful job in negotiating a new lease cycle for our property. Keep it up!

I normally do not write reviews for non-​eatery companies on Unilocal,but the overall customer service and communication has been so abysmal and disjointed that I felt obligated to share my experience with others as a warning.
I began renting my house out through
, which briefly became
, which then turned into Atlantic Property Management. The minimum service I needed from a property management company was sufficient up until Atlantic Property Management came into the picture.
It has been a painful effort over the couple of months trying to rent the property to new tenants. Atlantic Properly Management communication and response time is simply awful. Numerous emails and voicemails are not returned promptly, and many not at all. The «owner portal» is poorly laid out, and I’m pretty sure that whatever I approve or deny in terms of work orders (along with the comments I provide) are either lost or ignored. The final frustration I’ll share is that that any time (even during normal business hours) I call the office I am greeted by a recording that asks that I leave a message. I don’t know if this company is just severely understaffed, poorly managed (ironically), incompetent, or a combination of the three, but the end result is a very frustrated client.

Going to keep this short so I don’t raise my blood pressure even more.
The least professional, least helpful company in the customer service industry that I have dealt with.
The lack of communication and lack of urgency is frustrating and when you are looking for a place to live in a new state, it’s frustrating enough.
I will let it go when I am sleeping in a bed, but for now I am PO’d

They are getting better. Communication skills and response times need improvement but I appreciate Lila reaching out to me to see what they could do to improve my experience with them.

Called on Monday asking for my mailbox number. Bianca said she would get back with me. Called back Friday at 1 pm, no one answered. Left a message, no call back. Not good.

The two most important things with a management company are communication and accounting accuracy. Both of these things are lacking, and it has created many problems. I’ve had to spend way too much time on the telephone and writing emails to get things done correctly.

Update: Shortly after posting this, I received a phone call from Lindsey, who has been very helpful in resolving this. She said they are short-​staffed, which I understand, but did tell her that they really need to improve their communication, which she has promised they are working on. They are supposed to be transitioning to a better system with a single point of contact, rather than the disjointed way that things were handled before, which was a huge problem in trying to get information or get anything done. She got me the information that I needed, and I do want to acknowledge that she really made an effort to address my frustrations. I hope that they do in fact make the needed changes, because my experience before this point was very frustrating.

Echoing other owners’ experiences, we signed a management agreement with MyHomeSpot, which was bought by White Fence, then APM (this all in the course of one year), and it’s been downhill all the way. We just had a tenant who overstayed their lease, and we are trying to re-​occupy the house ourselves. The only people who ever reply to my emails are Lindsey and Heather, and while they have both been fairly helpful, I have never been able to get a straight answer as to whether they ever filed eviction paperwork (response to the question, «When was the dispossessory warrant filed? was, «The tenant is moving out on the 17^th.» Great but not what I asked!). Our former property manager, I discovered, was no longer with the company by trying to email him and getting an auto-​reply, then the person to whom we were directed to correspond took four days to reply to my email. I have never gotten any kind of proactive response from them, and getting information is like pulling teeth. I really can’t recommend this company at all.

During a stressful move to the Atlanta area, they were very helpful and patient in describing their process and keeping me up to date with the latest on our application. I hope to work with them more in the future.

Allison was very professional and responsive. She was a huge help and answered all of my questions. It was difficult for me to get an agent to call me back, but Allison did a good job helping me coordinate.

I worked with Zack Maxey at Atlantic Property Management to finalize my lease. I really appreciate him being available to answer my questions, and work with the landlord to lock in my rate for a two year lease. Renting a home is a little more challenging than an apartment. I really appreciate Zack taking time with me to make the experience less stressful.

I am a property owner who was originally entrusted my home with MyHome Spot Property Management 2 years ago. A year into the lease, they were taken over by White Fence Property Management and subsequently bought out a few months ago by Atlantic Property Management. I was very happy with the service I received with the original management company, however I cannot say the same for the current management company.
I am frustrated beyond belief with Atlantic, because every time I call, I get a different person or no one picks up the phone at all. My original property manager, Tiffany who was assigned to my home, no longer works with the company, and her back-​up Emil has not returned my calls or emails. There is no continuity and I am completely unhappy with the lack of communication they have displayed since the change. I am still trying to contact them every way I can to get a hold of the keys. I may have to resort to doing a power of attorney with someone local to get things handled. Please do not entrust your property with this company unless you are prepared to be hands on with your own tenant.

Warning!!! Stay away from this property management company. They will charge fees for unsigned contracts. I signed a contract over a year ago that was terminated and then decided to use them again this year. They sent me a new contract, saw their reviews on line and changed my mind. And now they are trying to charge me a fee of $ 149 because I changed my mind. Bottom line is they are crooks! RUN and don’t trust them!

We are now homeowners and have finished our lease with this horrible company. We have contacted the BBB on this company and the way that they do business is just not right. They think they can just charge whatever they want when it comes time for a return of damage deposit. Well guess what APM we r gonna fight you to the end on this. You are nothing but crooks and thieves. How anybody can work for this lying company is beyond me. They flat out lie to you on the phone never never return calls or emails. God forbid you need something fixed you will never get that fixed! Please people take all of these reviews on this site seriously. They are not a joke and this company is horrible. Stay far away!

Do not rent from this company or trust your home with this company! They don’t return phone calls once they have a lease. They don’t communicate what is going on with the tenant. The not recommended reviews of at least 2 reviews is accurate.

It was important to me to inform others out there of my experience. There were few options for property managers at the time, so my wife and I chose this one to rent our house. I discovered that they were not using professional contractors to do work. They told the tenants that I was just an investor and did not want to spend $ on repairs. NOT TRUE!
They withheld deposits from the last tenants for cleaning and maintenance that was never completed. I finally spoke to the Tenants and got their side of the story. I felt bad for hiring Atlantic Property to representing us.
They also never return calls or respond to e-​mails.

i have now lived in this house for 6 months, my punch list was not addressed until april 1, and has still not been completed, in January i had a bathtub leak that leaked water into the garage, they sent out a plumber who found paint had been poured down the drain of the bathtub and had blogged a gasket, he showed me the junk he pulled out, as well as the ceiling in the garage had to be cut open to relieve the water and the whole is still gaping and has caused my upstairs to either be too cold during the winter or too hot now that its summer, closet doors fell off the track, because they had put hardwood looking laminate floors in, but did not put tracks down for closet doors on the floor, so the top tracks are not enough to keep doors up, my closets in 2 bedrooms have never been right, and has never been fixed, i was never given a key to the pool tennis club although it was promised to me in my lease i have amenities, i called last week, was sent an email the next day saying they were looking into it, and now they won’t even call me back, i also set my account up for automatic debit from my bank, they were withdrawing 4 days early, i only signed uo for them to have access until may 2014, as i was unhappy with the condition of this house when i moved in, i gave then notice in april that i am moving out of state, i bought a home in Florida where i am enrolled in school starting june 16,2014, i was told i have to pay June, and half of july, as well as lose my deposit. today they drafted my account bank account t again, and i will be visiting the bank and filing a court case in Milton small claims court tomorrow,

especially this home in Avensong subdivision, on Aventide lane, its disgusting, i have kept pictures and video of all the problems here since i moved in on dec 31, 2013, so i will have proper evidence of the many things i have complained about, at 1500 a month, i got taken advantage of, I’m a 55 year old breast cancer survivor of 3 years,
i will fight back!
