Berger & O’neal Insurance Group

I have never purchased insurance for myself before. After doing some research, I decided it would be wise to use an independent agent. Enter Berger and O’Neal. I met with them in person and discussed policy information one on one. They answered all my questions and were very friendly. They wanted the same things that I wanted, to have good reliable coverage and to pay as little as possible for it. They provided me with an «insurace binder» that I took to the tag office to register my car the same day. When I got to the tag office they told me they could not accept the «insurance binder» without the VIN# on it. I was able to call up my agent, have them fax over an updated document, and register my car. If I hadn’t used them I probably still wouldn’t have insurance, and if I did, it probably wouldn’t be a good deal. Plus, I probably wouldn’t have been able to register my car yet. If you want good coverage, no hassle, good value, and human interaction, then call them.
