We are a full service walk in clinic, Urgent Care. We see patients who suffer from minor symptoms such as strep throat and sinusitis to patients with fractures and suture needs. Dr. Smith is a local, physician who has worked in the ER for last 20 years. We have X-​ray, lab, and do immunizations and physicals. We support our local community love our patients. We take most all insurance and have a self pay rate for those without insurance. You can make an appointment or just walk in. Serving our patience with good care and kindness.

History

Established in 2010.

Dr. Smith saw a need for a medical clinic overseen by a local Doc, who knows and cares about the community. Somebody that you could just walk in and talk to about what your need is, urgent or not. Sometimes you just don’t have time to make an appointment but would like to get some of your needs addressed and start somewhere. Dr. Smith is somebody just like that. His dedication and service to his patients, has led him to start an Urgent Care, after having the vision for atleat 10 years. With his 20 years of ER experience and family care, he is the perfect physician to go to take care of your immediate needs.

Dr. Smith is board certifed in Emergency Medicine and has practiced in the Cumming Georgia area for 20 years. He has worked mainly for Baptist and Northside Forsyth. He and his wife and 3 children reside in Forsyth County. He enjoys golf and working outside and enjoying his family in his spare time.
