We had my Son’s third Birthday party here yesterday. We had a lot of fun! All the children had a blast and us parents were surprised that the pizza was really good. It was very affordable. Our party host Amelia was amazing! She was very sweet and put a lot of effort into making sure we had everything we needed and making sure we were having a good time. The manger on duty was awesome as well. She introduced herself and checked back with us to make sure everything was okay. The only thing is that it can get busy. I mean, super busy. So crowed that it can be a bit annoying and overwhelming. All in all it was a great experience and I hope to be back there very soon for a family outing.

I always hated chuck e cheese until I encountered this location – it’s bright, cheery and has really good games for kids of all ages. I generally go around noon on weekdays with my daughter, so I can’t speak for other time frames… but each time the staff has been SO enthusiastic and polite, really interacting with the kids and multitasking. I always go with a coupon and feel the for around $ 20 – 30 for one kid and an adult to eat and drink and play games with the tokens provided in the bundle for an hour — it’s a good deal! Plus, the pizza is really really good and there’s always enough to take home. Noting customer service, today I bought a pizza with a coupon and was overcharged $ 2. I pointed this out to the employee on hand and she said it was a new computer thing she couldn’t control. She asked if I wanted a refund and I said no, it’s only $ 2. Shortly after, she arrived with 25 tokens for the inconvenience — which I thought was a nice gesture. All in all it is a meticulously clean environment with good pizza and an excellent way to spend a couple hours for essentially what you would pay to sit through a movie. Also, may I add that chucke himself appears frequently and does exactly what he does in the commercials, which is nice to see the commercial hype on TV live up to the standards it lays out.

What a great day with my 5 year old. It was her birthday and we decided to make it a fun day. A Monday morning is a perfect time to go. Not a whole lot of people and you got the staff’s full attention. Some of the machines took our tokens but the manager was happy to give us the tokens back and extra credits. Super nice! We had lunch too. Pizza and wings were good. Overall good experience. Come during the week versus weekend.

As long as you get her early, you stand a better chance at escaping without a massive headache. ;-) My boys love coming here and we come at least once a month. They open at 11am Sun-Fri and if you can get here right when they open, you’ll sometimes find lots of tickets in the machines. They always have coupons online, so be sure to check them out. You don’t need to print them– you can show from your phone and they’ll accept them. They sell kid cups that are like $ 1.50 more but are reusable. You can bring them back each visit for free refills!

The bathrooms were disguisting. My husband would not even use the mens/boys room. We also ordered the salad bar and it made my husband and I sick later that evening. About 4 games were not working(no «out of order» signs posted) and would not return coins. The pizza was awful compared to other Chuck E. Cheese’s we’ve been too. We won’t be back.

No Place for Adults, Adults, H3ll to th no… This is a great place for kids to gather and enjoy some free time playing games. I have no problem with the organization and really I think this would be a great place to take your kids for a safe, fun, party. Both times I was there it was late on a Saturday afternoon and I’m sure the employees were tired and it was very crowded so please take this review with a grain of salt. Good Lord! I had the misfortune of being home both times my children were invited to birthday parties being held at the local Chuck-E-Cheeses establishment. I was instructed… By my wife… that. I had to attend and let me tell you… If you have never stepped inside a Chuck-E-Cheeses on a Saturday afternoon then you are in for quite a treat. This place is, was, & always will be an absolute insane asylum. OHMYGOD! Where do I start? The Food; I had a slice of pizza, wish I hadn’t. The food is not suitable for human, K-9, or feline consumption. I wouldn’t feed it to a opossum or the Taliban for that matter. Don’t eat the food, you’ll be sorry if you do. The Place is loud and I mean ear wrenching, high pitched, squealing wine glass breaking loud. It’s so loud from all the screaming kids, yelling parents, bells and whistles from the games, annoying animated bear band on the stage, and some guy blasting gibberish over the loud speaker that my ears rang for two days. There’s no medication that can fix that. The tables and chairs are nasty. Buggers are part of the décor. I think buggers are even holding some of the tables together. The games are smeared with greasy, nasty, germ infested, fingerprints which have been clear coated with a thick layer of snot. The carpet floor is covered with food, vomit, pee, and poop. Oh God, the horror. Kids running around like a bunch of monkeys on crack cocaine turned loose to run amuck and destroy anything they can grab hold of. Think of 100 kids under 5 years of age in one room hopped up on sugar, caffeine, and carbohydrates. Any rules they have to follow anywhere else do not apply here. Some parent attempted to wrangle up their little overdosed monster by running around behind them bumping into every person their child used as an obstacle. It’s a mad house. Once while I was there, I saw this little black terror, maybe two or three years of age walking back and forth over each Skeeball game while people were playing. He’d reach down and grab balls out of the shoot that others had paid for, then run an crawl under the Plexiglas of another game and dump the balls in the holes of the games, all while people were using them. Some people would try to stop him but he’d just look at them and either stick out his tongue or flip them the bird. While this was going on, some videoed him, others just watched and talked about what they would do if that were their child but no one did a thing to stop the evil little menace, other than the patrons playing the games at the time. All failed. The employees did nothing, they couldn’t do anything, didn’t want to do anything, and I don’t blame them. They all had a look of defeat on their face, almost like they had committed a horrible sin and were left at Chuck-E-Cheeses to suffer. Working there must be the equivalent to being in purgatory, one can only hope. Think of it… How bad would you need money that you would take a job at Chuck-E-Cheeses? For me; I’d rather live under a bridge. When I got home, I popped two Valiums, two Oxycontin, took three shots of Crown Royal, a hot shower, followed by a hot bath, then wiped myself down with alcohol.

The Chuck E. Cheese’s near Northpoint has the greatest service out of all the Chuck E. Cheese’s I have been to with my family. I’m making this claim because of the great experiences I’ve had with my children’s birthday parties at this location. A few years back, I had my party here with a male server, and it was alright. Recently, we had our five-year old son’s party here, and we were fortunate enough to have Niki as our server. From the moment we walked in the door to the moment we walked out, she went above and beyond for our party! As soon as she met us, she introduced herself professionally, walked us to our table, and made conversation with both me and my wife, as well as our kids(they absolutely loved her) — which is a lot more than I observed other some other waitresses doing. Niki walked us through our party specifications, food order, and the timing of the show making absolutely sure that we were aware of the details, so there would be no surprises. All throughout the party, she checked up on us, gave us forewarning of anything we needed to know like when the food would come out, and explored different options with us making sure we were happy. Not only did she provide excellent service, but she also put on a fantastic performance with Chuck E. Cheese. Whoever was playing Chuck E. Cheese during our party was so lively and in tune with the video dialogue. Once we sang happy birthday and passed out cake, Niki took our son into the ticketblaster and made him feel extremely special! Our party ended soon, and Niki was polite enough to ask permission to clear away trash and waited until most of our guests left before reviewing the bill with me and my wife. She got straight to cleaning after the bill. It was amazing because she seemed so organized trying to lead her entire team of waitresses to set up for the next parties. I loved the experience my family had mainly because of Niki. She really seemed to care. I suggest that you request Niki for your next party if you want to sit back, relax, and have a good time! Also, it is wise to have your parties at the earliest time slot offered because they gave us 120 tokens free! Most importantly, be aware that the party servers can only accept CASHTIPS; there is no gratuity line, which I think is extremely unfair!

Love this one. Brought my son here and he had a blast. There is a toddler zone they have extra rides for that age group and how it is set up you don’t have to worry about older kids pushing you kid out of the way. It was busy but kids were under control. I will for sure be back!
