The «enforcement» officer is completely inappropriate! Never been here and they ask us to not prop our foot on the table or rest our feet on the chaise lounge. For $ 150 a table and they’re nothing us even before we got any drinks? Total white trash and ghetto establishment!

Grown and sexy!!! Was here last night good service!!! Came back tonight a full house!!! Will always be my neighborhood bar!!!

HORRRIBLE PLACE!!! They accused me and my friend of «breaking» their hookah after it randomly fell on the ground because while we were dancing. I refused to pay for the $ 50 hookah (that they bought off eBay) they then called the police… I still payed my tab but then I disputed it off my credit card for fraud so whatever still got my money back. Will be reporting them to the better business bureau! Be warned!

This is a nice little hookah bar. Think contemporary large living room. While visiting Atlanta I came here twice. The owner (s)/manager (s) are very accommodating and have made this place a staple to unwind.
This bar serves alcohol, food, plays music, and has many tv’s for your viewing pleasure. The hookah tastes great and I found out its because they use coconut coals which doesn’t give a burnt flavor.

This is my absolute favorite place for Hookah! The atmosphere is chill, the music is bumpin, the service is fantastic, the hookah smokes good, and every time I come in the owner speaks and makes sure my guest and I are having a great experience. I’ve brought MANY people to this spot and it never disappoints. I’m glad that Cloud 9 has survived and continues to be a great place to go any night of the week. As long as Cloud 9 is there, I’m there.

This place is truly a gem tucked away in the Johns Creek/​Roswell area. They specialize in hookahs, however the drink selection is top tier, I have to recommend the Melon margarita as something you have to try. They are very festive here, as they host numerous themed parties throughout the year. This is a great spot for birthday parties, hanging out with friends, or a fun date night. They have an upbeat DJ spinning the latest tunes and a nice dance area to show off your latest dance moves. The atmosphere is hip and the décor is very clean and cool. If you are in the Roswell/​Johns Creek area looking for a place to have a little fun, this is the spot.

I went on a Saturday, there were adults conducting themselves as juveniles with the customary fight in the parking lot. The bouncer tried to act as he was doing us a favor by letting us in sans cover charge and solicited money from us as payment for his «generosity» I hope they close down. I don’t want this trash in my neighborhood.

My review is based on only this one experience of a Hookah Lounge. Went for a date (interesting choice, I know).anyhow, it was a late Friday night (11pm) we had to wait about 10 minutes to be seated, waitress showed up right away but drinks took forever! This is not really acceptable and they should hire additional bartenders. The DJ was awesome and the Hookah was fine. Not sure about the pricing as my date paid.

If I could give zero stars I definitely would. This place appears nice but it’s over priced and the owner Paul is BEYOND RUDE! Trust me! Avoid at all cost.

I recently went to Cloud9 and the service was amazing. We had the pleasure to be served by the owner herself and it was top of the line service. The hookahs were very good along with the amount of food served for the low price you pay and not to mention the large drinks served for the amount paid. The ambience is grown and sexy on Saturday evening and would recommend casual chic attire. There was no cover charge and easy parking which was a plus factor to my experience. So if you are looking for a one stop shop to receive good music, food, drinks and inexpensive hookahs. Cloud 9 is your choice on the Northside.

Good hookah and environment, but my night was ruined when they started playing music way too loud. It was not relaxing at all. I wouldn’t come back to the same DJ. I recommend DJ Blondfox. Local producer, knows what he’s doing. Would spruce this place up!

Great bartender not to mention he’s very easy on the eyes! I had a hookah and buy i tell you that Thang burned over 2 HOURS NO LIE.. there were servers that came and gave me fresh coal without me asking for it. Great times.

The price for groups is always changing. The hookahs should be made better; the tobacco isn’t of great quality. Overall, try somewhere else. I know it’s hard in Alpharetta, but this place is not worth the money.

HORRIBLE! the place looks nice but the service is terrible and the drinks even worse. When we my friends and I got there we were seated after we were seat we were told that the section we were in was a $ 100 minimum. We were not asked if we wanted to seat there or explained about the minimum charge. After we decided to stay we ordered a hookah and it tasted cheap. The drinks were disgusting. The waitress was MIA most of the time and the dj SUCKED… all in all I don’t recommend to anyone it’s not worth the money at all… it is a waste of time!

The hookah is on point! Do not go for the food the wings were very fatty. The server was nice and professional she recommended the chicken egg rolls, which was good. I had the ciroc Limonade, but I didn’t feel a buzz at all. I would go again but for the hookah only.

I sincerely wanted to like this place… it’s comfy and the décor is nice. But I feel like we just didn’t get our money’s worth for this experience. We went on a Friday night around 10:30pm. There’s a bouncer at the door checking IDs which is great. He gave us wrist bands then told us to wait so they could see if they had enough room to seat the 5 of us… but when we walked in, the place was dang near empty!
They sat us in a corner under blaring speakers where it was impossible to carry on a conversation. We ordered drinks and a double apple hookah. We also ordered wings and nachos. The drinks came pretty quickly and were ok. The wings came after 30 mins and the nachos only came after we canceled the order since we waited for 45 mins to get them. Both the wings and nachos were lackluster and not worth the money.
The double apple hookah was another issue. It tasted like a strong shot of Robitussin. We flagged down our waitress to tell her this and she says: «Oh you wanted actual apple flavor? The double apple doesn’t taste like it.» WHY doesn’t the DOUBLE apple taste at least remotely like APPLE??? She just shrugged it off and remarked that they all knew it didn’t taste like apple. So take it off your menu or change it to a more appropriate description.
Overall, the experience was not stellar. I wouldn’t recommend this place if you are hungry, want to actually talk to the person you came with, or don’t like menu fake outs.

I absolutely enjoyed coming to cloud9. Shout out to our server for that night Poi! She was absolutely amazing! So sweet, patient and super knowledgeable. When we walked in, we had someone at the front door check ID’s, so bring yo id bro.
As we walked in, someone took us to our plush, red, leather seats. Shit was legit. Thought we were in VIP, you could’ve fooled us. Our hookah messed up once or twice, but the owner of cloud 9 or manager, quickly came to our rescue. The panty dropper was BOMB. And my peach margarita, bomb! Overall I would def go back again. The prices were fine with me. I was with two other people, our total was 30 bucks, and we paid 10 bucks each. Honestly not too bad. I don’t know what the hell everyone else talking about.

Great time, good hookah!!! My first time trying hookah and the staff was great shout out to my server Poi she was the best, had the wings they were small but very good. The drinks were outstanding definitely try the «adiós mf» it will have you feeling just right.
