This place gave my husband a quote for an extraction in a previous appointment that he signed and agreed to with the optional bone graft; and on day of appointment, changed the total by 200 more. Then insisted he couldn’t have the extraction without the bone graft (which is bull) and then kept changing their story on what they are charging for it and what the insurance pays for. Insisted that we could just pay for it with the carecredit card we had (like my credit is their personal fund). After leaving their office with no work done for him, he Called them to request records be sent to another dentist in our network; and was told they would call back. An hour later with no call back and only an hour left until they closed, we headed that way to do it in person. So now we are sitting in this lobby waiting for my husband to get his records so we can go to a more professional office. These people are pretty awful at keeping their story straight and treating their patients/​customers with better customer service. Do yourself a favor. Skip this place. Go somewhere else. And be treated with respect and not just however much this place can hussle out of your pocket.
