stay away from this company! They are horrible! Unprofessional to say the least. The installer, Frank, came in making excuses for getting anything done on time, he was cussing and throwing material and tools around my house, then he threatened me with physical harm when he was told to leave because he said he would not finish the job.
The company is RACIST!!! Frank was throwing F-​bombs around and started yelling, «You can get some F-​ing Mexicans to come finish this damn job. Maybe they don’t mind not being friends with the customer and will do it for cheap because they are F-​ing Mexican!!» It was unbelievable.
The management, Tom and Cyril, are just as bad. First they will scam you on pricing, then they would not even call me back to address the fact that I was threatened by their employee. This company is full of thieves and they do a terrible job. RUN FROM THESE RACIST PEOPLE. I am a MINORITY and they had an African American couple come in to haul off the old carpet and they treated them like crap. This is a bad company!
