TIMETOGROWUPBUDDY! I have a young adult son and I love shopping for him because he can wear absolutely anything and is very open. I am sure that he was one of a very few 19 year olds willing to wear white and yellow linen pants. It takes a special kinda guy to pull that off. Anyway, he is very slim and has a long torso. I tend to buy items that are very tailored but he also needs casual clothing for his down time. I prefer items that are a heavy weight cotton with absolutely no logos or graphics. I like to keep it clean and very adult so people will take him seriously and recognize him as an adult. When he was 18, he looked 12 and he still looks very young so we have to choose wisely. At first glance, the store seems to have some nice options but when examined closely, it is not quite there yet. Although they had long sleeved tees, they were 60⁄40 and I prefer at least 80% cotton for added warmth and durability. I also like the shirts to be longer and narrower to better fit my son. They had nice cotton sweaters but they actually had logos or they did something funky with the collar,(they took a cool turquoise sweater and added a black/cream collar), to turn me off. The denim choices are largely fad jeans that are ripped or embellished, while my son prefers a clean dark finish. I appreciate that they tried to up their game with chinos and neck ties but come on, either go all in or not at all. The ties were largely unattractive and nothing my son would want while those chinos are so 1980’s. This store seems to be straddling the fence between highschool and early college. It just needs to grow up!

Lives up to some of the worst customer service I’ve ever had. They had a really cute shirt on display and when I asked where in the store it was located I was told that was probably a return and the only one available why would an item that only has 1 left be hanging up as a display??? I had my hands full of clothes and asked if she could start a room for me and she rudely replied«when I can put all these clothes out.» Because she also had things in her hands she was putting back. Then it was time to check out. There were 3 people behind the counter. Only 1 was checking people out. God knows what the other two were doing! Disappointed!

A fairly large store with both a men’s and women’s side. The associates here are friendly enough. The store is pretty well organized and clean. This may be my favorite Express location, but I don’t often shop here anymore. The store is spacious and employees are friendly and genuine. Some locations have associates who ask if you need assistance but their body language or facial expressions say otherwise. If you are in the rewards program, you can check-in regardless if you make a purchase. Just an FYI.

This store in located at Northpoint Mall, not too far from The Apple Store and Victorias Secret. It’s a good sized store and I have found the sales staff to be particularly helpful… If I have a stack of things to try on and need another size, they are great about that. I will say too that the express has the best fitting jeans and MX1 stretch dress shirts. They’re comfortable and look good. Express always has innovative sales, uses tons of great coupons, and uses email and text messages for additional savings. The other day I managed to buy 8 shirts, none less than $ 29.99 for $ 107.98. That’s pretty awesome. I am not saying that’s an everyday occurrence… but still… So yeah, I buy almost all my jeans and slacks here… I have bought a suit here, ties, belts… And I actually occasionally get compliments on my appearance, so I think I will continue to shop there.

I have found discounted clothing here that I have not seen at other Express locations. I used to shop here more often before the high gas prices. I also like that many of my favorite mall stores are located near this Express.
