STRAIGHT FORWARD!
A while ago, as we prepared to transfer the family car to our daughter, we decided that it needed a little TLC. It had a dent and a few scratches and we thought that it was worth repairing. We estimated that the repairs would cost close to $ 800. Well, we were absolutely shocked when they not only quoted us a price of $ 300 but actually charged us this amount.
There were no attempts at up-​selling, no bait and switch just a very straight forward process. I found the staff to be polite, professional, and efficient. The car was returned in a very timely manner and they had done a great job. You could not tell that there had been any prior damage. It was a great experience from beginning to end.
Edit 2÷15÷16 Oops! This review was previously posted under the wrong business, (in case it looks familiar). As I returned to this business today, I realized my mistake. It is now posted correctly. Today we returned to inquire about painting our van. We met with the owner Jim and he was very thorough in his evaluation. He closely examined the vehicle, took photos, and then discussed the options available to us. In the end, we received two completed printed estimates, one for a complete job on the entire vehicle and one that would address the key areas of concern as he said that we could go this route because one side was really the primary issue while the other side did not require as much attention.
We are confident with Jim’s ability to do a great job since we have used him before. Also, he does extensive work on classic vehicles which are restored to perfection and rely on impeccable craftsmanship and a keen eye for detail. If he can restore a true classic, he can definitely handle our vehicle. We know that we can trust him and we will definitely be using his services again.
