I will not go to any other oil change place in Atlanta. These guys are incredible and so fair. Honestly, best service I’ve ever had at a car shop.

I love the kind service that I got here. I am glad that I didn’t have to make an appointment even though they seemed really busy. I was able to get an estimate done on my car and it turns out I needed 3 new tires and an alignment. It sucked, but I knew that it would be close to time for new tires anyway. The stressful part is that I hate being approached about add ons. I see that I’m not the first Unilocal review to mention that. Keep in mind I went there alone as a female so I sorta asked for it. I would recommend this place if you know exactly what you need done. I’m not thrilled about the price, but I do love that they are able to get my car ready FAST. For a working person who is busy that alone makes up for a lot. I see that there are a lot of people coming here for an oil change. I don’t know how much they charge but I would consider it.

Really friendly service and reasonably priced. Traveling through in our motorhome and they were able to accommodate us, very helpful.

We have 4 different vehicles that are serviced here by Rasheed and Chris and all have over 100K miles each, and they have been 100% accurate on every estimate they have given us, and sometimes come in at less than they quoted, or have fixed items for no or little charge if it was a quick fix or advice. My wife and two daughter’s are all quite happy with the service on their vehicles, speed of repairs, and one time Rasheed even loaned me his personal vehicle while I ran errands!

First let me begin with, if I could give them a zero for rating I would. Secondly, DO NOT let this place sweet talk you into anything. Because they were so nice the first time I needed to get my oil changed, and paid $ 40, the second time I wanted to go back I paid $ 20 because I had the 50% off card. So the manager Chris is nice an all but these guys have ABSOLUTELY no idea what they are doing. I got my oil changed Saturday a.m. And didn’t drive my car until Monday after we got home that day. Monday I drove maybe 20 miles and my car started smoking. When I pulled into a plaza, I noticed my car had a trail of oil, there was oil spills everywhere. It was incredibly inconvenient because I already had enough things going on that day. They aren’t professional at all and DO NOT know what they are doing. Instead of charging people $ 40 for an oil change you guys should definitely go back to school and learn a little more about cars before you put our lives and cars at stake. Thanks express oil change for ruining my car :)

Friendly staff, the sign on the front said 10 minute oil change so I thought a quick and easy change. I waited patiently for the first car to finish (which was okay, my fault for not getting their early) and when I pulled up I was greeted by a nice mechanic. The attendant failed to tell me the oil change when I was waiting to pull in so the mechanic told me the prices. $ 38.99 for a basic oil change. This is WAY overpriced. Havoline and other quick tune places charge $ 19.99 to $ 26.99 for a basic change. I was already in the deck and needed it so I made the move to purchase. After about 15 – 19 minutes it was done. He tried to upsell me on a few fluid but I kindly declined because I was going to do them myself, I understand, its sales, you gotta do your job. Then he gives me a 10% off coupon for my next oil change.
Here is what would have made this 5 stars: First tell me the prices BEFORE I pull into the garage. Lastly, offer me a discount (regular) price to begin with (since you are clearly overpriced next to your competitors). I feel sort of jipped being given the 10% coupon AFTER I payed about $ 40 bucks. I will not be coming back and will make sure all family and friends stay away.

Highway robbery! This has to be the most expensive Express Oil Change there is. For years I’ve gone to the locations in Woodstock, GA and paid $ 60 for an oil change. This place was $ 91 with a discount. I will NEVER be back!

I think it’s a bit expensive even though it is pretty fast. I was a little shocked last week, I had a ½ off coupon for oil change, and they said I could get the ½ off on the rotation, but then didn’t apply a discount to it, and I wasn’t up for arguing the point with the young clerk. So the oil change plus tire rotation and balance came to $ 102. I really thought it would be about $ 60 or so, but I guess it’s my fault for not more firmly addressing the pricing before allowing them to convince me into the work. next time I’ll be savvier.

I get referred to this place by a friend and since this is close to work, I decided to get my oil changed here. How could that be a problem, right? Wrong. The people are sweet as ever and they come out to greet you. While oil is getting changed I grab a bite to eat. Get a call from them and am sold into differential fluid change (ok, it had not been changed for a while). I come to get my car and the battery has drained. The shop manager (Chris I think) had to give me a jump start. This was on Thursday. The battery did not get charged and battery light was on (meaning that battery is not getting charged by the alternator). I get a new battery from Costco, just to give these guys benefit of doubt. I somehow make it into work on Monday (the battery light is on and the battery is rapidly loosing charge). I had to get the car towed to the shop. Rasheed looks at it and next morning calls me to say that alternator is bad. Now, please know that I had absolutely no signs of issues with my car’s electrical (I am an electrical/​Computer engineer). Also, this is just too much of coincidence. Question in my head was if these guys are crooks or incompetent? The answer came from my wife. She yelled at me that over the weekend my car had made a mess in the garage. It had leaked oil. Guess what Rasheed told me. My engine oil cooler is busted as well. Now, in one visit to change my oil I have a busted alternator and a busted engine oil cooler. That is waaaayyy tooooo much of a coincidence. I am pretty sure these guys are sweet talking crooks. Never going back and I want you guys to look at the history of your cars before and after you visited this place. MAybe you will see a pattern where, while working on one job, they are prepping you for the next… All on the house.

Came here for an oil change today, and it was exactly what they said it was when I called. It was quick oil change job, and I didn’t get charged for anything more, and the price was exactly what they said it would be. I think it took longer for me to pay than for the oil service to be done!
Anyways, the 2 guys I talked to were also pretty nice and courteous, and seemed to really know what they were talking about. He also mentioned to me that I might need to change my brake pads soon, which was something I didn’t notice, so that was nice.
Edit: my brake pads are fine, and I’m now assuming that they were just trying to get me to exchange something else that I don’t need. They didn’t push it though, they just mentioned it, so I’m not gonna hate so much.
