Okay. So this is the one that’s renovated. Can’t imagine what the one next door which is not looks like. So first and foremost let me the say the women who work at the front desk are very, very sweet. I want to make that clear for them. Okay now to kinda bad part. Not the cleanest in the world. Didn’t feel the safest in the world. An extended stay is kinda like a hotel but without the good stuff about a hotel. The«kitchens» have no vent system so you smell it every time someone cooks. You will hear every time someone makes a step above you. People have dogs here so you’ll hear them bark. All of your clothes and bags will smell like cigs and other stuff. My shower turn on thing was broken. You have to ask to get forks and stuff. They only clean and change sheets once a week or I think you may have to ask. If you want towels you have to take them your dirty ones. My key cards stopped working every other day. My room smells like straight up cigs as I mentioned. Never got used to that. Beds and pillow are comfortable enough. Parking not great. Bottom line– I had to stay here a month and it was not fun. If you have to stay in a cheaper extended stay like this, it’s better than some(like Value Place. Never go there.) but it’s not the top of the line. I almost went crazy being there for a month but if you have to be there for a week or two you’d probably be alright. I probably won’t ever stay at one of these again.

DIRTIEST hotel I have ever been at. Even though I was staying at the«newly renovated» one. I had a reservation for 6 weeks but after one week I looked for a different hotel. The room had long black hair everywhere; on the sheets, towels, carpet, floor or in the cabinets and drawers. The bathtub had a sticky black residue in it, the shower curtain smelled and the shower knob was broken so i had a very hard time turning the water off. There were some other lady’s feminine product left in the cabinet and the hair drier was ripped of the wall and thrown in a dirty drawer. The hole on the wall was covered up with a picture. The kitchen sink was clogged, leaking black smelly stuff into the cabinet. The fridge was sticky and the dishwasher was leaking. The bed was also extremely uncomfortable. As far breakfast goes, they were out of coffee by 9 am, and there were a couple wrapped up mini muffins and granola bars left. I arrived to the hotel really late after a delayed flight, and I asked the front desk for a better room after the very first night. The front desk manager was trying to move me into 2 different rooms. The new rooms were smoked in and also not clean. Finally they found a clean room for me but could not give it to me because it had a king size bed(not queen like mine). At this point i told them i will clean the room myself, and will stay in the original room . I found another hotel and gave the front Desk 24 hour notice. They at this point changed the higher daily rates even though they were the ones that were not able to accomodate me in a cleaner room.

There are few places where I would give less than a star. This is that rare place. We had booked a room with double beds and when we checked in, the front lady told us they upgraded us to a king bed. We didn’t want a king bed. We needed two beds. Initially she said there was none left but found one for us. The nightmare continues. When we went in the room, there was a funky smell, like the smell of cigarettes. I thought maybe circulating some air would make it better. It didn’t. There must have been something in the room because my nose started to run like I was having allergies. It was already late in the evening and we knew local hotels were all booked because of the church conference that was happening. But what hit the nail in the coffin was when we discovered roaches sneaking under the bed. We were freaked out and then when we looked under the bed, we discovered a chip bag and broken pieces of candy. Then we saw a bed bug on the bed. We absolutely had it and called the front office. They told us there was nothing they could do at this time of the hour. What!!! Finally a facilities person came up and he looked under the bed and sure enough he confirmed our horror. By this time, we were packing our suitcase and headed out to find another place to stay. We had to drive another 30 minutes to stay at a hotel but it was worth it to not sleep in a roach and bed bug infested motel. FORANYONELOOKINGFOR A PLACE, DONOTSTAYHEREUNTILTHEYCLEANUPTHEIRACT. REALLY, this place should be called Quick stay rather than extended stay.

Where does someone begin with this place… We(family of 6) stayed here because work paid for it as part of local company party. Arrived at 5:45am, nobody at desk. Can’t even get in the door, you have to call on a broken phone from the 80’s in the«airlock» between sets of doors. Took 3min for someone to actually pick up the other end. What I got was a barely distinguishable foreign accent tell me what I deciphered as «I’m not at the desk, I’ll be right down». 4min later, he shows up pushing a cart marked«clean». Old man didn’t care that I was there, said there was nothing he could do about rooms. Nothing about where rooms were located or how to get there or where I should park. Terrible! Room was reserved for me by company, and after being told I needed them both next to each other when calling the previous day, they were not! 116 and 136 were what we got. 1. Room in general is very disappointing! Claimed to be a «suite» by multiple calls to desk staff before arriving. Site shows it as having FULLYEQUIPPED kitchen… upon arrival, that consisted of 2forks, 3spoons, 3knives, one can opener(from 50’s) &3 different napkins from different restaurants left over by previous people. No coffee maker. 2. Multiple broken things. Front AC pours water onto carpet, DVD player is a joke, broken cabinets, 1 bar of soap in bath, dirty chairs, etc. etc. etc. Pictures attached for reference… We will never stay here again even if it’s paid for.

There are 2 Extended Stay Hotels right next to each other. At first we went to the wrong one and it was scary looking! The one closest to the highway is the better one and luckily that’s the one our reservation was at! :) We actually booked it through so we didn’t know this was the hotel we were getting when we booked. Glad we did though! It was only $ 54.54(that includes all fees) for the night, I think it would have been closer to $ 70 plus fees without Hotwire. Anyway, the room had a fridge, stove top, table, etc. Everything I could have wanted but didn’t use. It was clean, the staff was friendly. I would certainly recommend it! Free Wifi too!
