I reached out to Peggy in August of 2015 for a quote on installing engineered wood throughout my home. Peggy showed up to our house on time and was courteous and professional as she measured and answered all of my questions. I even asked if her crew could seal the outer wall with caulk once the old floor was removed and she agreed to it free of charge. After receiving the quote, I communicated with Peggy for months as I decided on whether or not to move forward and when. Through all of this time, Peggy’s communications were prompt. I never felt pressured to move forward with the job. She just answered my questions and put me at ease the same way she did when she was in my home for the original quote. Finally, I scheduled the installation for the beginning of February 2016. Peggy and her crew arrived on time on Monday morning and got right to work. The crew was just as polite and professional as Peggy. I was very impressed with how careful they were as they worked throughout my home. Peggy come over every morning during the job to make sure everything was proceeding as planned and to answer all of my questions. I am so pleased with the high quality of the engineered wood and the beautiful work they did installing it. I will happily recommend Peggy and her crew to anyone who’s considering updating their home with new floors.
