My experience at Ga Aesthetic Med Spa over the last few months has been very positive and helpful. Kim really cares about pleasing her customers. She will go out of her way to make sure that you are happy with your treatment and satisfied with the results. She and her staff share their knowledge of how to best improve the area of concern. They will recommend products and services without pushing a customer to buy. It’s refreshing to meet people who genuinely want to help customers see improvements. Many of the spas that I have visited in the past are more concerned with making money than they are with satisfying their customers. This is not the case for Kim and her staff. They are awesome and I would highly recommend them to anyone considering a visit to GA Aesthetic Med Spa.

This place is awesome! I would highly recommend it. Prices are very competitive for the area. The staff is very friendly. I have had acne treatments done as well as laser hair removal. I’ve been highly satisfied with both. Kim the owner is a miracle worker, if you have acne problems that won’t go away, I would come see her. She was the only person to get my hormonal acne under control and she is a blast to be around. Best spa I have been to in a while!

Fabulous! Absolutely Fabulous! I have been to this spa on several occasions and have been truly impressed with the knowledge and detail to service that I have experienced. I would recommend this spa for any of their services to anyone who wants to improve their appearance and/or just relax. Everyone was very courteous, polite and efficient.

I went today for a laser tattoo removal. We did start a bit late, but its like a doctors office, who doesn’t wait. The ladies there were very courteous and polite. The girl that helped me was Emily. She was really cool and informative. As painful as this procedure is, she made it pleasant. Gave great recommendations as well. After these treatments are over, hopefully I can do something thats pampering lol and fully enjoy their services.

I purchase a groupon for Ga Aesthetic Med Spa and it included four laser skin tightening treatments. I loved this deal! The first visit I had Emily who suggested a cream for dry skin but was not pushy and did not use any high sales tactics to upgrade as some places do. She truly was trying to give me the best info on my skin. The next time it was Yolanda who was adorable and also extremely knowledgeable on skin care. The last two visits I had Suzi and loved her too. She was so nice and informative. I connected with all three aestheticians! They gave me invaluable tips and the laser treatment was well worth it. Also the owner is available and also very helpful. I did not wait too long in the waiting area each time and the salon is very comfortable and nicely decorated. It was well worth it and I plan on returning even without the help of a groupon.

My experience with GA Aesthetic Med Spa is very weird! I never had such spa experience before. Frankly speaking, before I went to GA Aesthetic Med Spa, I was super skeptical; because I know they run many MANY daily deals. Usually spas that run many daily deals have difficulty to meet each customer’s needs. So in short: I bought a Google offer deal for two 30 minutes microcurrent sessions($ 30). About scheduling: I called the spa on approximately August 14th, 2012. The earliest appointment(including morning or afternoon on weekdays) is September 26th afternoon, which is what I have expected since I know they run many daily deals. After my appointment on Sep 26th, they scheduled me for Oct 10th, so to schedule the second appointment was not a problem. Location: In a shopping plaza in Alpharetta. The surrounding is quiet with a lot of trees. Parking is no problem. Facility: Small, well renovated, clean, with cute and quiet waiting area. For my first appointment, the esthetician was a slim, blond woman in her 30s or 40s with a soft voice, sorry I forgot her name. The treatment is super comfortable, and she really knows how to make you feel relaxed and at ease. My complaint is the moment she saw me, that was even before we entered the treatment room; she tried to sell me a facial! Since I am a very«stubborn» person, I never buy something only because people persuaded me. For my second appointment, Kim, the owner who was very young, was my esthetician. I admit I had the appointment at 1pm, and I arrived at 8 minutes past 1pm. But she was late for 38 minutes! So the treatment began 1:38pm. The weird thing is, after I entered the treatment room, she asked me whether I speak English! After she made sure I did speak English, she began to sell me the facial again(before the treatment began)! She did not say«I think you probably need…», she said«You are going to see me regularly from now on. …» I was like: What?(I wished I said that I do not speak English.) Anyway, she said she will not only give me a microcurrent treatment, but she is also going to give me some other treatments(microdermabrasion? I forgot what exactly she said) at no additional cost. I said microdermabrasion would be not suitable for me. Anyway, the treatment begins; it took an hour(the voucher I bought was only for a 30 minutes treatment). I am not sure what exact treatment she did with me face(microcurrent, high frequency, maybe microdermabrasion? hot towel, scrub), anyway my face felt like velvet afterwards. I am very satisfied with the results. However, the experience was quite weird, so I did not buy the facial she wanted to sell. Instead I gave her big tips.

I would strongly recommend finding another spa to go to for your needs. I purchased a Groupon for laser hair removal the beginning of August and as of last week I canceled my Groupon as I still have not been able to make an appointment. When I call no one ever answers and I had to leave a message. Also, I was trying to make an appointment for Oct when I called initially in August as I don’t live near the spa and was trying to coordinate with another appointment in the area that I make every 8 weeks. When I first spoke to them they had availability all day on Oct 11th. Once I got a reply on how long the appointment would take(took 2 weeks) I tried to schedule and by then they only had 2 appointments available for that day, neither worked for me. So, then I tried to schedule for Dec and after another 2 weeks of no reply on my call or email I canceled my Groupon. I emailed the spa to let them know not to bother trying to schedule my appointment as I would not be giving them any business even if it was free! Then the next day someone from the spa called to try and schedule. I explained to them that despite being busy from their Groupon offer they should be able to get back to clients that have called or emailed within 24 – 48 hours. I am a self employed person that can get up to 100 emails a day and 50 phone calls and I manage to get back to my clients withing 24 hours even if I have to work 16 hour days. This business needs to hire someone who can manage their intake of clients or they will not be in business much longer!

I purchased a groupon for botox injections. The spa is small, but very comfortable. The owner and administrative staff was very friendly and helpful. Susan, the nurse that gives the injections, was fabulous. She has many years of experience and spent a lot of time explaining the process and answering my questions. She is currently only there on Tuesdays so you need to schedule early. I will definitely go back for future botox treatments as their regular price is very reasonable.

Mary is super nice. My laser hair removal session a few weeks back has made visible difference, I have bald patches, or rather, a patch and a few sprinklings of hair. Just one appointment and with a laser that I could barely feel! Definitely not as bad as getting a tattoo, I was even laughing during part of it cause I brought a friend with me. She was considering trying a new method after the hair removal she did years ago was painful and missed strips. She too plans to be seeing Mary on a regular basis. *update* Amy did my 2nd session; she is friendly and very professional. I can’t wait to see more hair disappear! If you call and they don’t answer, call back until you get someone. Leaving a message doesn’t seem to work so well :/(Hense lack of 5 stars) *update after 3rd session* This time I didn’t even bother to call and confirm my appointment. I just showed up and they were expecting me. I decided to keep my appointments booked 2 out, so each time I come in, I set up my appointment after next. Unfortunately I cannot remember the name of the lady who helped me, but she is very friendly and has a very nice tattoo of a Rosary. This 3rd session was interesting because I felt like I had as much hair as I went into the 1st session with. Luckily, my past in waxing had me thinking it was just hair growth cycles, and this was confirmed by my technician. The lazer seemed warmer than last time, but I didn’t think to inquire or complain. It has almost been two weeks since this last visit and the hair is falling out like crazy, I love it. — Still not 5 stars — they need to be better organized in the front office.

I’m having tattoo removal and have only has 1 session so far. My tattoo is so «much» lighter. The treatment of course is a little painful, but that’s expected. The owner is so sweet and professional. She is extremely knowledgeable, actually more knowledgeable than the office staff in Buckhead and Midtown, which is where I usually go bc I live in that area. She told me a few things that others hadn’t and its going to save me thousands bc I can avoid unnecessary visits for skin issues I didn’t know what they were… she told me and now I’m «properly» addressing them. Talk with her about your skin, she is really great. I’m so excited about my new tat appt. Its almost gone, I can’t believe the difference. I’m a very happy client!
