History

Established in 1993.

Import Auto started their business in Forsyth county in 1993 and after 21 years in business is now located at 6735 Atlanta Hwy. The very first location for Import Auto Repair was on Atlanta Highway near Majors Rd and the Twin Lakes Park & RV. It was a small shop in Cumming, Ga. and the perfect place to begin an Automotive Repair shop business. In 1996 they moved south on Atlanta Highway behind the Alpharetta Auto Parts business which sold used auto parts for Honda, Acura and BMW. Import Auto helped the customers who purchased used auto parts from the salvage yard install them and did major and minor auto repairs and service. While at this location they became incorporated, applied and received their Used Car Dealers License, purchased a piece of property, and after building a new repair shop moved in 2001 to their current location with 8 bays of service.
