Established in 2008.

Founded in the spring of 2008 by Firstborn Simmons and Desiree Appling, Mane Attraction is a hair salon and barber shop that extends beyond typical beauty and hair care with association to music, nightlife /​entertainment, and community outreach.

Business Owner

My name is Desiree, I am originally from Brooklyn NY. I live, breathe, and sleep cosmetology, continuously upgrading myself. Everywhere that I have lived I have provided hair care services (Brooklyn, Fredonia, and Buffalo NY, Ohio, and now Alpharetta/​Atlanta, GA. I have an addiction to helping people beautify themselves and feel more confident in their appearance. Hair Addiction LLC is a company that I launched in 2007 expanding and partnering with Samuel Simmons in 2008 we created Mane Attraction. We are expanding not only our business but the whole hair and beauty game.
