Papa John’s Pizza

We’ve used this Papa John’s location for years and we’ve never had bad service or bad pizza. In fact, I’m always impressed with the drivers at the door as they seem genuinely happy and not just «at work.» Tonight’s order was no different as the delivery driver was very friendly and even brought us paper plates and packets of cheese, hot peppers – all without our requesting them! It may not sound like much, but in this day, customer service means a lot and I find that this location always goes above and beyond. Once our pizza was slightly «late,» and in a week or so, I got a free pizza coupon! I didn’t even complain about the pizza being late, but they took matters into their own hands to make sure all was well. You can order from this location with confidence! It’s our go-​to place.

Tonight I ordered a pizza to my apartment, at Amli Northpoint, papa Johns delivers to all of our event nights, but tonight as other nights as I placed a order on line, the delivery person could not find our call box in front of our building, as I explained this to the delivery boy, where the call box was! He told me, this was a big place and could not find the call box, the last time I had to go down and get my pizza, but no more, it’s called delivery for a reason, I will never order from this papa John ever! Maybe if a delivery boy, can’t find a call box that’s over 5 foot tall maybe he shouldn’t be driving! I told him I would never order from this location ever! And take it back, one wonders why a manager did call about this delivery!

First time trying Papa John’s Pizza… Worst Pizza Ever! Ordered the Specialty Cheesy Chicken Cordon Bleu and Spinach Alfredo Chicken Tomato. The Pizza dough on both Pizzas was tough and chewy. The dough is what makes the Pizza. Papa John’s Pizza failed to deliver a great or decent Pizza!

Even big box chains deserve reviews.
My dependable back up for a quick pizza fix anytime I need it.
I’ve always just picked it up myself so I don’t know about delivery service.
Once or twice they forgot to pack the dipping sauce but they do ask if cheese/​peppers are needed every time.

Too pricey and the customer service was awful! Pizza was good but they receive 2 stars because of how rude the employee was. never going back there.

My back up plan in case I dont feel like going out. Takes forever and a day to get it delivered. And you might lose an arm and a leg cause of the price, but at the same time, yummy.
